you forget, they have a very good business model, they have earntloads from coming in the top 10 in the prem last season and a good cup run. none of their players are on megabucks (though i expect that to change now that the worlds best holding player and second striker are there.... ) what does newcastles scouts do. watch youtube of a player then fanny around for a cuople of months, when the player gets interest elsewhere he bumps his wage demands up and we end up paying for overpriced fuckwits like boumsong and luque and dyer....
