There isnt half some bollocks being written on here. Here are some facts. Allardyce has been playing regularly 7 or 8 of his own players. The performances have been poor to put it mildly. Formation has changed numerous times with no one settled. A 6.5 million left back has been left out for no apparent reason. Players are being played out of position. Substitutions are as sound as the formation. Allardyce has been a complete failure so far. I say this as all he had to do to get my support was improve on the shit we were served up last season. And the last fact is he has not. We are just as bad now if not worse than when we were managed by Roeder we still can't pass and at least we could shoot under Rodders.

The last three managers are like deciding if it's better to piss on your hand, wash your hand in piss or drop your house keys in a puddle of piss - the result is the same regardless. They are still finding their feet and are doing so by standing back and watching what is going right and going wrong. What they have is an established brand with an operation at start up level. They have to look at all of the personnel the policies and procedures. When they have decided what they need to do I have belief they will do it correctly. Unfortunately this is the best season for a long time for us to be shit. There are much worse teams below us and it is highly unlikely that we will go down no matter how bad we are.

I think I have asked you "as only 4 clubs have qualified for europe more than us in the last decade, would you not agree that this means we got more things right than most " Which is all I have ever said about the old board, along with the obvious fact that improving them with better would be difficult and far from automatic. Fact is that the old board attempted to bring quality players to the club, the new one has to prove they have the same ambition to do this. You won't match the top teams unless you have players that they themselves want. I would hate to sack Sam as I hate that we have gone through so many managers. That said they have been mostly shite so needed to be sacked. I would like us to have a good look at the way that the club is organised and really look at what kind of manager we want and only sack sam if we can get that type in of a sufficient calibre with the support they need in every aspect so that they can succeed. Otherwise whats the point.
