  1. I saw a group of 3 people followed by someone on their own today.
  2. 1. ALthough born in the USA he had been resident in Yemen for quite some time. Surely the fact he hates his former country and acts against it declaring war and all revokes his right to protection by the constiution. 2. What about the american germans who returned home to fight for the fatherland? Should Roosevelt have been indited (sp)? 3. He was a hate filled terrorist cunt should have been made to choke to death on his own cock and balls then buried wrapped in bacon. 4. Stalin did not practise communism he practosed stalinism. What the USSR was and what it pretended to be are two different things.
  3. I can't believe that on page 8 of this thread LM is still banging on about ambition. We know Ashley has no ambition when he came we hoped he would be better than FFS he isn't get over it and move on and stop boring us all senseless.
  4. Make a formal complaint to the school and the local education board. The poor thing must feel awful and could be stigmatised for some time.
  5. Ashley Cole and Bramble had a spit-roast perhaps? I had to decline the invitation as I was away on business... Wouldnt mind Cheryl tbh... unbelieveable that Ashley decided to cheat on her! Then again, as the saying goes... "Behind every beautiful woman is a guy who is tired of shagging her..." And in front of every famous man is a slapper willing to take it up the Gary...
  6. Was talking to my mate who has twins on the way and telling him what to be prepared for and he said "So when does everything get back to normal" his face was a right sight as I burst out laughing.
  7. It's at times like these I like to toddle over to RTG and revel in the schadenfreude.
  8. Hope. The capacity for hope is the most significant fact of life. It provides human beings with a sense of destination and the energy to get started.--Norman Cousins But groundless hope, like unconditional love, is the only kind worth having.-- John Perry Barlow He that lives in hope danceth without musick.--George Herbert He who has health has hope. And he who has hope has everything.--Arabian Porverb I am not an optimist, because I am not sure that everything ends well. Nor am I a pessimist, because I am not sure that everything ends badly. I just carry hope in my heart--Vaclav Havel Nothing about hope having to be based on evidence like.
  9. So where does this fit into sell the old ones model. I am confused unless we did it just to ramp up his price.
  10. Jerusalem should be made an international protectorate under the UN with no side able to use it as a capital but with open access to all for religious purposes.
  11. GOing to France on Saturday and have a Garmin nuvi 205t. Anyone know how to get a free map of France and how to put it on the device?
  12. It could be argued caligula was worse than tiberius. Doesn't mean tiberius wasn't a cunt.
  13. You do understand that we are about 1 trillion pounds in debt. Cutting the deficit is not the problem it's paying the debt which is a millstone and we can't pay back the debt if we still borrow more than we earn. And we can't borrow our way out of debt. No, the defict is the problem as it drives up the yields on treasury bonds. Debt is not a problem if your creditors are happy. A deficit is a problem if your creditors think your economy is stalled. Think of it simply, if there is a deficit then the debt is getting bigger, if there is a surplus the debt is getting smaller. The only route to surplus is economic growth, not reduced spending. Why? With no effective monetary policy to implement, cutting spending reduces aggregate demand, increases government welfare and reduces taxes. This makes the deficit worse which is exactly what is happening to the UK. Go back to IS-LM analysis and think it through. Deficit - > cutting spending - > increased deficit = shitstorm on the markets. How do you decrease the deficit by borrowing more?
  14. Fuck off what's wrong with a remote radiation riddled pacific island.
  15. Lad turned up in the pub with his shiny new trainers and a big smile.... Mate 1 "Where did you get those" Mate 2 "Burtons...two pairs for £40" Mate 1 "Right....you could have got one decent pair for that" Probably had to be there but I was howling at mate 2's cresfallen face. Amazes me how some people function in society if they feel the need to report owt to mods or flounce. Even if you've got nowt to come back with, call them a twat and move on. nope I liked that HF and J69 are right, I always just figured its how lads work, me and mates give each other bucket loads of grief and you either take it in good humour or comeback with something better. you don't get all pissy and storm off. if somethings genuinely out of order say so and it'll get left alone I have always liked the "I like your shirt....do they do them in men's styles?".

  17. Norwich, Swansea, Wolves, Wigan, Blackburn. I reckon we may just be safe but it isn't guaranteed.
  18. In my head I read that as Craig David and wondered why he would be calling a crap british RnB singer when he should be organising a new striker.
  19. Just to wade in on my company's behalf the on demand will improve as it goes as did Virgin's also we are trialling a fibre optic broadband network.
  20. What a prat. Get him, Pardew and Big Ron doing the punditry. To be fair the term Holocaust does not just mean the one suffered by the Jews, Gypsys, homosexuals and opponents of Hitler.
  21. Wasn't it the club who went back on the verbally agreed deal?
