There was a couple of instances last night where Longstaff was on the edge of their box and was paralysed. Joe wanted a runner to get the ball through but he couldn't move. It's absolutely frustrating as fuck.

Nobody is coming in for Wilson in Jan. They will wait until the end of the season. IF he has a decent December the club will look at extending his contract by a year or so just to get a fee for him in summer.

Looking back. Last night was weird, that we didn't have composure at all. That wasn't just in front of goal, but it was all over the pitch. After they scored we shit our pants. Yet we still look threatening more than them. They were happy to soak up the pressure and go for us on the break. If we had just calmed down and not started throwing aimless crosses in, I am sure we would have got the goal. I think this RW now is critical. But IMO that's not going to be addressed in Jan. I think it will be a Summer address. Like Gemmill said we needs refresh, we have too many players that aren't able to make the step up now and it's starting to stink the place a bit.

Tino played well IMO. But Trippier brings calmness to the back. Gordon, agreed has been poor but has also played out of his best position. Murphy is below bang average. He did a job last season but needs shifting on. I would agree though. Lack of Miggy says a lot. He must be on a decent wage and they want him off the books.

Tonali is a better passer and mover than Longstaff, by a mile. But he's just not working in our system.
