Bielsa was like Rafa to us in terms of he doesn't just understand Leeds as a club and their history, but he gets the city. He is often seen just sat about Wetherby having a coffee and always has time for fans. He lives in very modest house in Wetherby. He is a socialist and goes beyond football. I get he is seen as a great for taking Leeds back up to the Prem after 17 years of being out, but his stubbornness to work with a small squad and not change tactics when players are injured to me is mad and not a genius he is seen as.

One thing about Leeds etc, they've been in a relegation scrap before. Frank Lampard's Everton haven't to my knowledge and that could be key.
