Funny thing is. I hit all my deadlines. Scouse cunt hasn't hit a deadline for over a year. But at least he gets his gym time every lunch tho!

I liked him a lot until the last 12 months where workwise he's just not give a fuck. No annual review, burying his head in the sand over things. We have a contact with a big client but they pay peanuts. We have 5 new sites for them. I spoke to him 3 weeks ago about the workload and said to meet their deadlines I would have to drop work. He said ok. Next day in a resource meeting I told him what I had on, he said 'Oh they're not important, they pay shit' oh ok, so I agreed dates that I'm now not going to hit and it's me that looks a cunt. Today we had a resource meeting and his rallying cry at the end was 'lets graft like we're being shot at and see where we are Monday' Aye, we will still be fucking stacked and short staffed pal. New place is is really exciting, its a slightly different role for me so buzzing for it.

So I am waiting for my job offer and should get it tomorrow. I am then looking at handing in my notice on Friday. My mate said it's not good to hand it in on a Friday. Said it feels like dropping a fart and running. TBH I couldn't give AF I am doing that
