Letting Wood and Shelvey go was a good move by the club IMO. We got £15m for a player who couldn't hit a barn door with a banjo. He will have been on cushy wages too. It also helps keep club harmony and it shows Howe isn't a cunt. That will go a long way IMO with signing players. Shelvey was on a reported £80k+ a week so that's off the wage bill too.

Sooooo out I would have Gillespie - Final year of contract so looks like he's going Dummett - Final year of contract - Maybe get on the coaching / club side if Howe likes him? Lascelles Lewis - Would love him gone off the wage bill but he has a contract until '25? Manquillo Krafth - Will he be the same after a massive injury? Is in the final year of his contract next year too. Ritchie - Final year of contract Fraser - Apparently on £60k a week!!! ASM - Need an upgrade to suit our style of play That leaves our defence way too short so I can only see Dummett leaving tbh. I cannot see us buying more than 5 players next year, I just cannot.

I thought ciggy was unlucky to come off. I would have taken Isak off but Eddie needed to try something and we did look better. But. Their change of Dalot off helped keep ASM in a check.

Aye. He's slow at getting into games. But he's better than Murphy and other options off the bench. Agree with Wilson though. Whilst he did a job earlier this season and some past, his sicknote record isn't for us. He has also been wank with Long Southgateitus since he's come back from the WC.

Absolutley. We have had a great season. Next year we may not have a final or a high. but if we can progress and improve the squad thats good for me.
