  1. Was looking at some of his stats last night. Impressive. Then went to Real and fell off a cliff. Was he injured a lot there?
  2. He has shown glimpses but like someone said the others aren't on his wavelength yet. I think if Anderson was a little more switched on yesterday Tonali had played some great balls.
  3. You'll cover that with the pictures you sell you take at half term anyways
  4. Deffo the parapet. Blind cunt. The arch would have collapsed already.
  5. I watched the first couple of episodes of the Beckham documentary on Netflix and quite enjoyed it. The nostalgia with the music etc was great. Watching Beckham spraying passes he didn't half have a great eye for a pass and a superb range of passing. But his forte was his long range passing. Isn't that just long ball football thought which certain manager I.e Fat Sam etc got ridiculed for? Or was it because it was just Beckham, Giggs and Scholes who did it, that's allowed because 90% of the time it hit the target.
  6. I thought that was one of Tonali's best games for us. Yes he could have done better with throwing himself at the ball, but he was out on his feet too man.
  7. He's just turned 30. I think some of it certainly is to do with being younger and part of the Rugby Union background of boozing mad amounts. That sounds nasty having your stomach pumped.
  8. Its scary times. US have a carrier in the region ready for it. You're right Gaza is gonna be flattened.
  9. Despite massive fucking dividends for the fucking shareholders eh? I was walking the other day to Sainsburys. It's on one of these commercial parks. Fuck all hedges cut back so pedestrians are having to walk on roads to get there. It's a fucking shit show.
  10. The Bin Dipper at work has been with us for almost a year now. He's a good lad (despite being a dipper) and everyone in the office gets on with him. He's a grafter, keen as fuck to learn and progress and doesn't shy away from work etc. He's a good laugh and despite me sending him to Bristol, he took it on the chin. We were making a brew a couple of months back. I asked him how his weekend was, he said it was messy (alcohol wise). Then proceeded to tell me what he and his partner and two mates had supped on Friday night. Basically 9 bottles of wine, a bottle of rum and several beers. I don't know how much of it is bravado, but I asked him where the kids were (He has a 1 year old and a 4 year old). He said nonchalantly 'Upstairs asleep, why?' Anyways, it's clear this wasn't a one off. Last weekend he started Sober October. On Saturday night in the lads WhatsApp group he was clearly absolutely mortal and sending all sorts of garbled messages. Sunday he was saying he was absolutely hanging and gutted he couldn't have a hair of the dog. A few weeks ago his youngest started nursery and on a Friday he goes to pick her up. The first Friday he was picking her up, he was pissing and moaning all day. So in the afternoon I asked him if he wanted to making a brew. Whilst in the kitchen I asked if everything was ok. Conversation went something like 'No, I am fucked off I have to pick up her from Nursery and I can't go for a pint after work'. Some Fridays we go for a pint after work. It's usually a pint or two and that's it. ~ This Friday some were going for a pint again and he kicked off pissing and moaning again. Not because he couldn't go to the pub, but because he's doing Sober October. I asked why he couldn't have a soft drink and he said why go to the pub then? Now the kid clearly has a drink problem. I messaged him at the weekend just to let him know if he wanted to talk about owt I am available to him. But I suppose there isn't much else I can do is there? I want to help the kid. The amount he drink's is mental. but it's the fact him and his Mrs do it when there's bairns of that age in the house that scares me TBH.
  11. To say he's not looked himself at times this season he's got 6 goals in the league. Same as Son and 2 behind Haaland. He looked a a lot better today I thought after a slow start.
  12. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/67049592 Everyone knew this yet Biege still picked him
  13. He had a few times today where he got into a great position and then failed to release the ball. Still a young lad and exciting he's go great class call control and isn't scared at all.
  14. Apparently first back to back Prem losses in 5 years!
  15. Well, I stand by that. Happy as a few players not on it and we got lucky as Bruno should have been off IMO. Anderson was poor IMO, but Miggy broke down our own attack better than the West Ham defenders.
  16. Anderson just doesn't have the vision IMO. There's been loads of chances for him to cross or play the ball across to him and he's just not done it
