Graveson is poor IMO. The only reason he had one decent season for Everton was when whatyamacallit played along side him and did his defending for him whilst he pissed off and did nowt, scoring the odd goal which got him the odd headline! No thanks!
-
Always liked him, was a very good player v us. Mind you, so was some shite
-
Really, really good read that Thanks

Was tempted at 25-1 for the HT Hull : FT Newcastle.

Pinder got her wabs oot for the first timie in a publication about four or five months ago - perhaps Nuts or Zoo (one of them shitty rags that I let the younger lads buy and I then read). Anyway, Pinder would deffo get it if she played her cards right. Oh yes. Thought it was only a month ago in the Star she got em out for the first time?

He has at times, if this was the case then we would have no players? The whole team has sufferd from bone idleness in the last couple of years.

I just dont understand it. Why, when they have put a lot of money and time into my development just seem to turn a blind eye. The company where I am going is a lot smaller only 30 people working there, whereas where I am now over 9000 people world wide. Yet they have offerd me £8k more and I am a senior. I am lucky where I sent my CV out without a recruitemnt agent and they have given me a "signing" on bonus too.

Hi Guys As some of you know I have handed in my notice at my current employer and I am off to pastures new. I have been with the company since they took my on as a Junior. I served what is like an old apprentiship. They have paid for me to go through College and University and have trained me up. Which I am very greatful for. I am leaving for a couple of reasons. 1) To get more money. 2) I am still looked upon as a junior by certain people even though I have proven I can do the job, and we have a junior to do some of the tasks. A lad joined our company a few months ago, his work is good and knowledge of the job ok, but some of his techncial knowledge isnt great. He joined our company for the same reason I am leaving mine, for the two reasons above. I am on less money than him and I have more qualifications and more experiance (it shows too!) I have heard many stories similar to this. So why do compnies seem to restrict the natural progression of a junior that they have invested in so much? If I had been paid more and allowed to work for what I studied hard for then I would be still happy in my job? Is it just my industry that I am in?

Well agree, but did laugh. If this had been Gazza, would it of got the same reaction? Why wouldn't it? Because he's an alcoholic idiot? Yes basically. I think people laughed because it was Rob Lee and Warren Barton, two perceived family men who are sensible?

(lack of) optimism ahead of the new season
wykikitoon replied to Dr Gloom's topic in Newcastle Forum
Two weeks ago I was still looking foward to the season, but with the recent injuries and none movement in the transfer market I am not. I dont expect us to be challenging the top 5 (Chelsea, Man Poo, Liverpoo, Arsenal, Spurs IMO) but I think we should be challenging the rest of the guys up there, at least at SJP. Without another 2 defenders as a minimum I cant see us doing that. We need to get the right players in now so they can have at least some pre-season with the squad. I dont on the other hand want us to panic buy because the Toon Army are getting restless, its a fine edged sword, but with Big Sam at the helm, surley we should be making some noises? -
Oh aye, I will listen to them indeed.
-
Aye, it has to be IP65 rated, or it could be IP44. The TV definatley has to be IP65. Righto, a little more research us required Cheers Matt

Well thats it. There are too many things pissing me off here and they have promised XYZ in the past and not deliverd it. I want to leave now and thats it really, but I dont want to tarnish anything as one day I can see me coming back.
