In my industry there is a LOT of shite on good money and this has played into some employers hands. As soon as it kicks off again a lot of people will have changed careers and the gash will be back on decent money again

Let me tell you it's fucking dead, whoever says the country is coming out of recession is an idiot, it's getting worse, I speak to senior players from leading construction companies every day, and every single day I speak to 20 people who are laying off, or have just laid off. The banks still aren't releasing funds (apart from in the South), and all the major projects are government funded. So the good thing to come out of my D Day is now I'm working Southern markets where it is actually more buoyant. As you know Stevie I am also in construction, albeit via a consultancy and I know what the industry is like, FUCKED. When a massive consultancy like WYG are on the verge of folding something is wrong. Chin up marra.
