You know a major difference between most geordies and people from elsewhere, I really don't think there's many sly geordies trying to fuck you over, if we don't like something we say it, and if we've got an issue we generally don't use other people as a vehicle for it, we are very direct, and I do think that is rare in this country, not many backstabbers, I mean fucking hell working in London you need a stab vest on back to front it's that bad. One Chinese, one Vietnamese and one from a small town in Georgia who was the fittest of the lot and sounded filthy cos she had this Southern accent. Anyway it was the Chinese lass I said it to and the other two lasses insta spun round to see what was going on, while the chinese lass just looked a bit confused by the while thing (clearly wondering whether the English dreamboat really WAS making all her dreams come true). Anyway I think I just followed it up with "I'm going out to get something now if you fancy?" Situation defused. One heart broken, two others cracked. Class. Oh and Phil, we have a small kitchen so I eat all my lunches in there.

Ah right. I think its a mixture of both tbh. Its also culture too. Too many people are inpatient in this country. I have cycled in the Netherlands and Belgium, its a massive shock the first time you do. I stopped at a roundabout and an HGV stopped and I was wondering why, he had stopped for me to join it! I work in an engineering consultancy and speak with the highways bods a lot about their design. They dont really have much choice on some new designs but not to cater for cyclists, either the budget isnt there or the guidance is so out of date its untrue.

E.g Today Breakfast:- 5 Weetabix, Banana and a coffee Now:- Apple, Cup of tea and a small rice cake with honey Dinner (see what I did there):- Lasagna made last night, Salad, Yogurt, Green Tea (yeh yeh) and a muffin. Afternoon:- Tonight I am training so about 4pm Ill have a bowl of rice pudding with Jam and a coffee Go out training Protein Drink as soon as I get in. Tea:- Chicken Breast with Salad and Some boiled Spuds. BUT I do a lot of exercise so need the calories.

Youre in London arent you Renton? Ive never experienced cycling in London, but read about it. The amount of cars, trucks, vans etc you past whilst cycling who's drivers are texting, on the phone, not indicating, not using their mirrors, illegal moves. The worst culprits IMO are buses and women. Women have ZERO space awareness about them at all. If youre a twat, youre a twat in a car or on a bike IMO.

I did know yes, but a lot of people think they pay road tax for payment of the roads. I cycle too and from work everyday and when the weather is nice, it brings the cunt cyclists out. Wankers who RLJ< jump onto pavements, weave in and out and generally not be courteous to other road users. I would like to think I let cars out etc. What I have noticed more recently is the amount of drivers smoking weed!
