Probably because I'm holding it stiffly as the pain is horrible when it catches me. Might speak to one of the docs at work tomorrow night. Turned out I had popped a rib out that was pushing my scapula out causing muscles to compensate for the way my shoulder was. He popped it back in (ooo matron) and gave me a few exercises to do and its been great since.

Depends how deep it is, but they can be as I am sure youre aware more masking and in the long run you can possibly do more damage. I have used them in the past but find them poor. Have you got a chiropractor you can see?

SHIT MY PANTS! Was cycling behind a truck this morning. He pulled out, I thought because he saw me in his mirrors and wanted to let me passed. As I got passed I gave him the thumbs up to thank him. He beeped and I thought that was him acknowledging me for thanking him. Next set of lights I hear some shouting, turn around and its him hurling abuse, I thought at someone else, then, lights change to green he comes along side me saying hes gonna fucking kill me!
