When I was in NYC in '17 the wife (well not then but a few days after) went to Tiffany's. Whilst looking around (it was v quiet) you had loads of tourists asking 'Where is the cafe, we want to get breakfast?' You could hear the sigh from the staff 'Maaam we don't do food' to confused looks Now, they do breakfast!
