He messaged a lad saying he was going to be in an hour late. The gaffer shouts "Oh thats the norm for you guys being late" This is coming from the boss of a lass who wasnt even in at the time, because she was late! NOTHING was said to her or anything! Aye, but I get 26 days holiday. My holidays start on the 25th of October. I have taken 8!

I am going to be giving in my notice on Monday and want to know about my holidays. I currently have 18 days left on my holidays for the year. Do I leave with these or is it pro-rated? On the Direct Gov webby it says: Is that the case?

Shhhh I know about 8 lads in there and they have been long timers there and say its a decent company, so I trust them. Their all grafters and good lads, so hopefully it will be sound.

Im fucking RAGING this morning. After a shite meeting yesterday where I got butt fucked I come in this morning to the norm. The bottom line is we havent got enough resources on the project. I have been saying since Oct I need help and its been passed off. Anyways, Im in at 7:45 (8:00am start on a Friday) grafting and then the slag opposite me doesnt get in until 8:20. No apologies, nothing and then starts gossiping about shite. Doesnt get her head down and graft, no FUCKING STARTS DISRUPTING OTHERS!

Anxious and one massive headache. Had a meeting, got dry fisted, then had an interview. Interview I think went really well, they seemed to want me but need an immediate starter. I have 4 weeks notice, but have holiday. Hopefully I can swing the holiday with the current employers. Ill be gutted if I dont get it for that reason

Pretty Anxious today. I have a meeting this afternoon that I am going to get dry bummed in and then I have an interview at 5:30. For some reason I am not that confident of this interview as I am with the others I have been to. I dont know why. Its probably because I have one mind on this shafting I am going to be getting at this meeting and the fact I have to get back to the office and then straight back out to the interview.
