Made fennel & squash lasagna at the weekend. Was enjoyable to make it, albeit long winded as I made my own bechimel sauce with it. Was a tad dissapointed that it didnt have a stringer taste, but I didnt use as much fennel as I should of. Got it from River Cottage Veg Everyday.
