Just watched the first one, thanks Tooj. The bollocks about Brailsford changing the team for the Giro, just for Cav just shows how much Sky have had an input on this. Thomas was always going to ride the Giro in prep to get some base in for the Track for London 2012. Kennaugh has raced the last 3 Giro d'Italia's and likewise he was going to ride the track stuff. The other guys, they were all going to be riding the Vuelta. Its a good docu, but a lot of the Cavendish & Sky stuff I take with a pinch of salt. Sky would have failed if they didnt take Cav there last season. He was out of contract and in the World Champ stripes, a massive 'coup' for Sky. BUT it was never going to work with the amount of General Classification (GC - Riders aiming to win stage races, Tour, Giro, Vuelta, Paris-Nice etc) riders Sky have. Sky are also adding more to their team for next season so its time for Cav to go. Only a few teams have the budget for him though and IMO he will end up at Omega-Pharma Quick Step. Cav has never been a Sky kind of rider, he isnt a person who looks at power meters and smashes the science stuff which Brailsford and the British cycling guys love. Cav races with his heart, with his head and instinct, he see's a gap and goes for it, he doesnt look at his power meter and think "Ive got 600m to go I am shifting 900w at the moment and can sustain x for y long"

That copper was shot about 200m from my Old mans house. My brother and I found the BMW he used to get away with after coming out of the boozer that nigfht. We were staggering home having a laugh and saw this motor abandoned, thought someone had crashed. We walked down the road pissed, saw two coppers and told em, they went like ape shit, we were totally oblivious to a shooting.

Was listening to this on 5Live last night. A lot of people saying the coppers need to be armed. I feel for the Old Bill tbh, they do a very difficult job with the scum bags we have and it appears they are getting worse. These guys in the Tour / Giro / Vuelta cycle for 6h a day for 3 weeks with 2 rest days, a foootballer cant do 90mins without complaining of being trired. Jonny Hoogerland was knocked into a birbed wire fence in last years Tour and still carried on. Imagine a footballer after that? Feck off.

The old traditional English Question to guage on how expensive a place is TBH Idioteque lad, I didnt drink that much, I only had a couple of bottles and then it was €3.20 a bottle for a bottle of Becks Gold or I had a bottle of Berliner at €2.50, canny drop tbh. I just cant get over how much I enjoyed the place, I have been told its good, but I didnt realise I would have enjoyed it that much.

There is no doubt the success Brailsford has brought British Cycling and yeh, I suppose to have that focus etc you do have to be ruthless to some degree. He has though had some criticism from certain areas of BC. If it has P-R on it I think I may have to watch it

I have spent the weekend in Berlin and had a fantastic time. On the TV in the hotel the only channels in English were CNN and A French24 (English) and Russia Today (English). So on a morning I looked at the News and on an evening checked it out before going out. I am rather concerned about the whole shite that is being stirred up in the Middle East, Japan / China, USA and the Islam stuff. Its just worrying man. Its annoying too. Some Shiria Law actavist in London mouthing off "We hate USA and her Allies" Well if thats your feelings, what the fuck are you doing in the UK? It angers me and makes me think fuck off back to your 3rd world country and suck off goat cock, but then that makes me no better than them. Are we in a delicate balance as these news channels seem to thinks?
