I think I said further up about National Grid saying there was a gas issue with the building. The cladding should have been provided with fire stops at each floor and around penetrations. Looking at the way it went up and only taking 15mins to go from the 4th storey to the roof it doesnt look like these were installed.

Just spoke with an architect who told me they're working on 2 jobs that are re-cladding high rise. They have been put on hold. 2 mins later got an email through from a cladding supplier 'reassuring' us that the cladding they use isnt the same as what was on the highrise. Panic in the industry.

£90million! Am I correct in saying he hasnt really done it against the big teams this season? If so £90m for someone who gets shut out by better defences is a lot.

They have done two blocks near me with the same stuff, I would be moving out ASAP. Would this have been signed off in the millionaires mansion? Would it fuck. Apparently National Grid during the refurb said there was issues with the gas and this needed to be either repaired or upgraded. This was never carried out. But as we know with everything with legislation it takes time to come through. But Again. Would Tarquin in his duplux have waited this long for his gas to be sorted?
