San Andreas was my second favourite behind Vice City, but only because of the multiplayer aspect and SAMP. However, I am extremely excited to be playing in Los Santos again with the better graphics and stuff. Las Venturas will look so sweet!

Yeah, sometimes the H2H seasons are buggy as fuck. I'm tempted to try out this Fifa for money thing. Found out today I'm ranked 3000th in the world which ain't too shabby! In the second division of the H2H and aiming for the top by the end of the weekend...

Having huge problems with defending. Fair enough for trying to make it more realistic, but the AI of the players you aren't controlling is just bullshit. Surely when someone goes to make a run through the middle the thing you do is mark them so they don't get acres of free space? No? Instead you're going to stand glued to the spot? It is an absolute piss take sometimes.

Oh great. Just scored in the 89th minute to go 2-1 up. Saw out the last few minutes and on full time the guy turned off his Xbox and as such the game decided that that whole 90 minutes never happened >_>

Does anyone give penalties away far too easily? Even when my tackles are perfectly times and win the ball, there is still a penalty given. Really annoying bug. It is like 9/10 slide tackles in the box result in a penalty, no matter how perfect they are.

Just had a fucking huge bug. Played some laggy 4-4 game in head to head seasons and afterwards my games remaining went down from 5 to 0 and I got relegated. Had plenty of games to get out the relegation numbers. So fucking frustrating. Sometimes I can't help but get pissed off at the game - there are too many bugs that really let it down, and if you are going to change the defending then you need to get the AI of the players you aren't controlling spot on. Too many times I find my defenders in the oddest of positions and people can just run straight through me. Did have one comedy moment when Simpson tackled some guy and they both fell to the floor. For a good 5 minutes they were both trying to stand up but kept falling over each other until eventually his guy got up first and went through on goal. Luckily he missed or I would have been fucking livid!

Great to see that he seems to have a decent relationship with Tiote (and everyone else, for that matter).

This game is somewhere between the most brilliant and most frustrating game ever made. Fucking head to head seasons are a piss take sometimes - or more so people online are. Just lost 5-0 with every goal being one of those shitty passing across goals. The game before that I gave away two random penalties for nothing in particular. Sooooooo frustrating.

Krul is a top class 'keeper. Staylor seems prone to some annoying losses in concentration and the sooner we get Santon in for Raylor the better. As much as I hate Shola for his lack of effort, his goal today was canny. But a very positive performance. Ben Arfa is still finding his feet but looks good. He actually plays like someone on Fifa with all the fake shots, quick turns and whatever. At full strength we do have a very exciting team.

I take back anything I have ever said against Shola.

All the follow up to this and the tributes and the like remind me a lot of the worship of Henry Ford in Brave New World.
