Haven’t read through the thread, but can’t really say I blame Eddie for any of this. He’s done magnificently since joining and surpassed our wildest dreams with the squad we’ve had, but that was never going to be sustainable given the lack of investment. We have an average clunky keeper, 2 central defenders missing and 2 ageing and average central defenders playing. We have 2 kids and LB and RB who show great potential but probably wouldn’t be 1st choice in many other top teams. Upfront we have one top striker who seems to have lost all confidence and belief and are spoilt for choice on the RW with either Murphy or Miggy. Again 2 players who wouldn’t get a game elsewhere. Then we have a midfield where we seem spoilt for choice, but seems dragged left right and centre by what’s going on behind and in front of it. Howe has done very well all considered, but only so long you can polish a turd. No one is coming to buy the deadwood so we are going to have to sell one or two of the “diamonds”, reinvest and rebuild.

Advice needed. Son got birthday money yesterday and is desperate to blow it. Wants something called elden ring for Xbox (not the new expansion). Its £49 on Xbox (where we usually buy stuff), but £29 on Amazon and CD Keys. Am I missing something obvious? cheers

So first of all, let’s just put to one side that it’s 3am and I’m wide awake looking for rug inspiration on Facebook marketplace. So this ad pops up . Not sure what it either has to do with rugs or me, especially now I’ve lost weight. I mean I was obviously intrigued and didn’t know this was a thing But have to say, now feel a little bit sorry for Agnes, all alone and “he” is just not up to the job of massaging her breasts. 3 stars “Well, he does his job, but after a while it doesn’t feel pleasant” (Alas Toontastic won’t let me upload Angela’s post as I have reached my image limit ) I also do not know how long “a while” was.

I’m a very glass half fully chap so once you get over the shock of the diagnosis, you have the hope of the “cure” chemo to look forward too, but once that is finished, you have a few weeks til the pet scan and then another 6 weeks til the result. You have to bottle most of your feelings up and stay positive for the other half, but the last 48 hours before the appointment have been hellish. What do you say to the other half if it’s terminal, what do you say to the kids etc. Glass half full went to 99% negative. Fucking glorious outcome. Not been this emotional since Mamma Mia.

Fucking ecstatic!!! Wife’s been battling cancer since April. Finished chemo a couple of months back and just got the all clear today. On the drink with family. Oh happy days.

The Substance Demi Moore Margaret Qualley What to say about this Well, it appeared on “trending movies” and a quick check on IMDB said 7.8/10 - Dark comedy. Ok, looks fine to pass a bit of the afternoon while the wife is sitting next to me doing her stuff. Fast forward 30 minutes and I’ve been watching the above 2 actresses wander around a bathroom absolutely starkers and I mean starkers. Zooms in on every colliery switch going Lets put to one side that one of these women came from the inside of the other! Anyway, only about 45 minutes in and had to turn it off as the kids were due in from school. So far, it’s shot in a very slick way and even if it turns out to be shit, you will be more than compensated for your time
