Lost 6lbs this week at weight watchers so spurred on went looking for ingredients to make some nice Chinese dish. Couldnt decide so basically bought a large bag of frozen stir fried veg and 5 sachets of Blue Dragon sauces. Hoi Sin Sweet Chilli and Garlic Oysters and Mushroom Black Bean Chow mein The idea was to make five small batches, pick the tastiest and make a family portion for tea. They all tasted like shit so ended making a home made chineesy stir fry using Peppers, Onion and corgette (just what was left in the fridge) stir fried with chinese 5 spices, ginger, soy sauce and a dollop of sweet chilli dipping sauce. Needless to say it was far tastier than the Blue Dragon stuff but not perfected enough for tea so something else will suffice. Anyway, im now scouring for any recipes or reccomendations of sauces to make home made chinese food. I am already covered on the curry front because I use Mayflower curry powder which is IDENTICAL to proper takeaway curry. Would ideally like to find a great chop suey.

1. Eating Tomatoes on Toast for Brekkie 2. Lost 6lbs at weight watchers last night. 3. Considered a game of quantom of solace on the xbox and then decided against because it would be too noisy (old age here we come) 4. Find Chatroulette quite amusing (yesterday there was a fat semi naked japanese man in a room full of balloons and he kept grabbing them and bursting them by sitting on them! Whatever floats your boat I guess). 5. Feeling my love affair with Newcastle may be dwindling.

Hurt locker. 7/10 brilliant 60 minutes before losing it's way. Shame. The Perfect Getaway 7/10 Enjoyable, if predictable yarn. -
Something called laffe or leffe blonde and brown. Reccomended by a punter last night. 1st bottle got me merry before my ww meeting (6lbs off). The second, brown, was nice followed by hobgoblin, followed by a sambuka night cap ( one of those days)

Taken beta blockers before (from a doc) and while they stop you getting jittery, sweaty and manic physically.....the terror is still there. I would liken it to one of those people in a coma who looks a veg but is in fact wide awake and screaming internally.

This is a big no no for the likes of us. Because of my fear I would always watch this program to sort of "prove my fear right" Its getting worse as well because of muslims with exploding underpants and also in these cost sensitive times, I have a sneaky feeling that airlines will be cutting back on servicing etc and trying to get an extra 20,000 air miles out of a dodgy wing.

The human race will always survive. Even though morally and socially fucked, the people of southwick still eek a living on the banks of the wear.

The winner? Having given this some more thought..... This also puts me 4 steps from the oval office, 4 steps from the big red button, 4 steps from the book of secrets ( Roswell etc) and within touching distance ( if not inside) Marylin Monroe!

Just been advised by a lady who I've been taxi ing for a year or so that she used to be married to a wealthy Greek and was a guest at jackies kennedys wedding to the Greek bloke and sat next to jackie during the reception. Therefore in 3 moves I have sat next to the person who sat next to the person who sat next to JFK when he was assasinated!!! Wow

You would think there would be some sort of tick list! It may be down to the speed at which they are churned out but some of these missing ingredients are so glaringly obvious that it is a mystery they can't be spotted and corrected by the people producing it. -

It always suprises me how so many potentially very good films are let down by a key ingredient being fucked up. Often it is the editing which fucks up the directors story to fit a time slot. It's amazing how many times I've watched a film and thought that it had all the right ingredients but just didn't work. This one time (at band camp) when I used to make commercials they brought this luvvy coronation street director in to "direct". Didn't have a fucking clue and had to relieve him of his duties a quarter of a way through a two day shoot! -
FA Cup 4th Round / West Brom vs Newcastle

It surprises me that some still seem to think that there is much joy to be had in promotion. I can not see anything but regular hammerings and a swift exit. -
Swap alan Johnson for Leazes Mag and we can all sleep safely.

Surely you can't argue hair growth is not normal sir? FFS don't start the owld git on beards. In half an hour he'll have supped his last half of Scotch and be on here railing against the left wing beardy weirdys. " We didn't have bearded footballers under Shepherd & Hall. In my life experience , only terrorists have beards...."

Like you I've had this problem over the years on various machines. I've also wasted quality time fucking around getting irate. Much easier to nip down to the local independant computer shop in the morning, pay them the standard £35 quid and pick it up all shiny and new a few hours later. Better than ruining your weekend trying to save a few quid.

ok agreed.... Dog whisperers and Dog fiddlers added to the list.

For peados and history teachers. Read somewhere that men often try a beard during feelings of sexual inadaquecy!
