Its lovely when you have a player in the team that creates that. We got a glimpse of it with Ben Arfa but prior to him I can think who was the last player who had that sort of effect. I'll have to give it some though. Pedro Definteley, however even if you have a really bland team you can have that person that gets the crowd going when they get the ball, even if they are not in Pedros league. I suppose going by remarks on here, Jonas fills that gap for some where as Barton probably does it a bit for me. Struggling for names inbetween now and pedro.... Bellamy running from the half way line etc....? Dyer on his day would fit in to tat category for me though I know he splits opinion with fans.

On an unrelated note Phil Jones looks great from what I've seen, bit silly when the likes of Smalling/Gibbs etc get national call ups without playing many games and Jones isnt even mentioned.

Can't really see Blackburn going down, I reckon Sam will always claw enough points for teams like that to at least survive. He's easily good enough to play for England, if the likes of Davies can get in, Heskey can get his million caps etc then he has to be in there. He's much better than Crouch these days as well. Problem is the FA seem to shy away from calling up so called troublesome characters, the likes of Barton/Pennant/Bowyer etc in their heydays all seemed to have to play much better than everyone else to get near a call up.

I know it's a massive, MASSIVE "if" but if we keep up form like this throughout the season CH could possibly get the manager of the year award, I really hope for his sake we keep it up, he deserves a huge deal of credit for what he's done so far.

he was alright and hes been good on the whole this season but long term a strikeforce of Caroll plus someone like Bellemy would be much better

awesome performance, Krul should not be dropped when Haprs comes back, in fact we need to keep this line up together (until we buy a better Shola someday!)
