I dont think Bendtner is much worse than Caroll, main downside is he just isnt as imposing as he could be and certainly doesnt frighten defenders like AC. Would be surprised if we got anyone even half as good as Bendtner now though.

Don't blame Caroll too much, but you'd think he'd go somewhere a bit better, even with himself and Suarez up front theyre still well short of even Spurs quality overall imo.

Dunno about that tbh, Man U, Arsenal. Chelsea, Man City and even the spuds are well ahead of them at this point in time. They'd need restructuring on a scale that I doubt they can afford to get back into the top 4 imo. Reina, maybe Meireles, Gerrard and Torres are their only players who would get into those sides and even those are debatable.

It was because he got ripped for wearing a wig/hairplugs, nout to do with a miscarriage. The granny's lie was a cover up his wife just having a miscarriage the day before the game not the going bald thing. The baldness mockery was indeed going on though which led to his "retirement" (supposed "bullying" from Doyle and Hunt) whereas the granny excuse was to get him out of one game specifically. I'd take him if he was cheap which he wouldn't be, still youngish.

I dont think Krul would do any worse than Harper, there's no point in playing an aging keeper when you have a promising one who is just as good.

I like Larsson, scored some long range crackers over the years, will offer more than the likes of Jonas, Guthrie, Smith etc

Gerrard's an awful cunt but I wouldn't say he's overrated, Liverpool would've been nowhere without him over the last 8 years or so.

By no means the most overrated but I actually think Fabregas is quite overrated personally, a great player on his day but I don't think Arsenal will miss him as much as some people seem to think when he does leave for Barca. I think while he was here Habibe Beye was massively overrated due to being relatively reliable compared to some of the shite around him, perhaps the same was true of Bassong to a lesser extent.

The worst kind of person, only Dalglish who is a more likeable man, did a worse job as manager in my life time. You could've had Magma taking over from Keegan in 97 and getting us 2nd, that wasn't his doing. Souness is a horrible bastard though, he was a brilliant player, but a dirty horrible bastard. Dalglish fucked up big time but I wouldn't put him on the same level as Souness mainly because at least Kenny signed some key players ie Given, Solano, Hamman and Speed and had bad luck with Shearer's injury.

Souness has to be the worst semi-high profile manager on the face of the earth, failed virtually everywhere he went ruining several teams in the process for decades to come. Total scrote of a person also.
