It's a fucking puzzler like. If he applies the same criteria he used to drop Green, then Rooney, Heskey, Lampard should all feel nervous. Against USA I thought Johnson was MOTM. He ignored it first time, second time of asking his reply gave me the impression he may well be considering it.
