There may have been more to it than that....there was a ruck after they got beat off Sweden. We dont know what else has gone on. He chose not to renew his contract. I certainly wouldnt suggest it had no baring on his decision, but I doubt if any manager worth his salt would turn a job down because there was a player at the club he hadnt got on with in the past.
