  1. If they do buy them....who gives a shit? Man City's lot own about 10 clubs & our lot have about 40 times as much money as them. The premier league is vastly superior to Serie A both financially and regarding exposure. Also AC Milan are absolutely fucking loaded now (again) so if anything Inter Milan would be the feeder club to Newcastle that's assuming there would be any symbiosis at all. Which there wouldn't be. Stupid mackem bastards
  2. I get that some people are arsed about the wider issues but those that crow the loudest tend to be the most disingenuous. Mackems, Delaney, Tariq etc etc Judging by who they've supported in the past, the fascist, the nonce and the owners they've rolled out the red carpet for I think we all know they'd welcome the Saudis with open arms and would be far, far worse than our fans have been. The leap to some kind of pseudo hyper moralisation has been hilarious mind. Kicking off at betting sponsors just for show. They've gone all in without going in at all. They didn't give a fuck about human rights before and they don't now.
  3. Back at SJP in November it seems. They got 24,000 last time....post Euros it might end up closer to 40,000
  4. It's incredible. A psychiatrist could write a PHD on it already. PIF are gonna sell NUFC, buy inter and we're all going to start punching camels and we'll all be FUMING, apparently....

Tbh my brother has been playing years, his handicap is under 20 but the guy still found a lot of stuff wrong. He was getting a slight fade on his shots and the lesson was to get rid of that.

My cousin and brother taught me some things but yeh I'm gonna go in for a proper lesson. I think everyone can benefit from a lesson, my cousin plays off of 6 & I'm sure he'd even agree that if he spent time with a pro there'd be something to work on. My brother went for a lesson & totally changed his swing, knacked him for ages but he's seeing the benefits now.

Yeh I think they're really working for me. If I get everything set up properly and make sure I'm doing everything right they'll tend to do what I'm trying to do There's a huge emotional connection too so I'm in no rush to change clubs, properly more inclined to look after these and use them for a long time. I'm quite happy to get round at the minute, with the odd very good hole/shot. That's what keeps me coming back. Im going to go for a lesson sooner rather than later, so that'll be a better investment.

I'm lucky to have been given some very good gear so I can't use it as an excuse. My cousin gave me my late uncles clubs which really aren't too old, which is really what prompted me to learn. All the irons are Titleist, there's an awesome Ping putter etc, so I think they'll do me for a long while. Played yesterday at beamish park hotel to practice the short game, it's nice holes but with different tee positions so you can do 18 & go round twice. My irons are generally going straight and a reasonable distance but my putting let me down. Although I got my second ever birdie so I was happy with that.

    Yes Gemmill...

Sunderland still isn't a city for the god fearing Catholic or person of taste. God deliberately put cathedral's there so we'd know where cities were. It's pretty simple. If we were deciding City status on joplins department stores or Jackie Whites fish market than by all means Sunderland is a city but we don't and it's not.

I thought the the mackems were intrinsically anti-royal and that's where the rivalry with Newcastle comes from. UNLESS THAT WAS BULLSHIT
  11. It's where I go for the most up to date information on Newcastle United, Sam Fender & Geopolitical issues.

They're all as dodgy as fuck like Harry comes across the most normal apart his racism, possibly on account of being someone else's child.

Effort! I think that's my long term target at the moment. Right now I'm just trying to get rid of silly mistakes, some of the lads I play with are class and are prone to the odd mulligan so it's a good learning environment. One lad plays off 7 mind & his swing is majestic. I've got a long way to go
  15. Their thread at the moment is absolutely funny as fuck Listing names of 9/11 victims etc etc. Absolute performative fume aots

  17. Right I thought I better start this as I've been playing a few months & there's bound to be better golfers on here than I. Discuss the golf. Play some golf. Discuss how LIV is the ultimate format because there's beer. I went round in 121 today I'll get there...
  18. Bizarre...but I quite like it!

Im starting to think Liverpool fans have ruined it for everyone. Because there's no way those egotistical pricks could be silent for a memorial that didn't reference themselves.

Yeh tbh I didnt do any research on the Gilbert pedal I just plugged it in and it sounded fantastic. When I've got it home it's versatile a owt, but I can't quite figure out how to make it do what I want it to. It also responds beautifully to pedals behind it and in front of it. Good bit of kit. The kilt has some kind of Fuzz beast mode that sounds like about 10 stacks each running a big muff.....which is hilarious

I tried the Muffeleta but wasn't crazy for it! The kilt is a nuts piece of kit but I imagine it works along the same principles, also I've got fuck all idea what the Gilbert pedal is up to but no matter where I put stuff it sounded awesome. Might keep both or choose the best. All good fun.
