6 I've got Nigera and Italy in other ones I've done

Someone set his post count to 10, then this thread will probably have some meaning soon after.

Thin Lizzy are clearly the best thing to come out of Ireland (besides Ant of course)
-
Literally no one on here likes you or is impressed by you, so why waste everyones time posting shit like this? FoK

Got Italy in a sweepstake, I can't see them winning it though.

Because Ashley and Llambias are fucking desperate to see the World Cup money. Greedy cunts. If they're banning rags on the basis of what they're printing I'd fully expect to see reporters of The Guardian banned next season given their latest article. But they won't because what they're writing isn't risking Ashley's income Was just coming on to post a similar thing. Non-newcastle fans on other forums are lapping it up - most of them are under the impression the Mail have been banned solely because of the Triesman fiasco, which was clearly their aim.

Off to France for a few days next month for a music festival, and thenprobably off to the lake district for a week or so. Nothing too fancy, but can't really be flying off to America or India on a student budget.
-
Didn't they ban them a good year or so anyway? They've just released this to try and validify it and try and prove 'they were right all along' in wake of recent events

The sunday looks pretty good; well worth the money anyway

Apparently he was one of the main writters, and one of the others was close to quitting anyway, so it might well spell the end for them, as they'd previously said quite a lot that they wouldn't want to carry on if one of them left. Can't say i'd be too upset if they were to split up, though. But as HF said they put on a good live show. RIP, his wife had another kid on the way as well

It was fun going away to matches expecting to win, and then winning, but at the same time none of the games ever felt like real league games to me.

The Dragons head looks a bit strange, other than that I think its great

Aye, Admittedly I'm not particularly old, but for as long as i'd been aware of him he'd been regarded as one of the truely talented greats, and a leading face/voice in terms of Heavy Metal vocals. His style, in a way, epitomized the genre. Paul Rodgers was in Free and Bad company, A bit more bluesy than the others mentioned, but a quality singer none the less

Ex-lead singer of Rainbow and Black Sabbath, and for Heaven & Hell as well as his own band Dio lost his battle with Stomach Cancer today One of the most iconic, influencial and recognisable voices in Rock and Metal, still making new music and touring, sounding as good as ever aged 67. Pretty gutting, was due to see him in the summer a couple of times but he had to cancel all appearences due to poor health. A very sad day for Heavy Metal music, and music in general RIP

He missed one when they lost against away at City iirc

Coleman, perhaps?

Aye, a pretty big deal was made out of it, made a lot of people aware of the whole 'sound war' thing Ironically, Ipods have just about the best sound quality of mp3 players out there, if you spend some money on some decent earphones rather than use the ones they come with. A lot of people download their stuff, or rip it at a far from lossless rate, and Itunes itself doesn't give completely lossless stuff, as far as I know. The massive size of mp3 players and external hard drives available these days means you can quite easily store a huge amount of music completely lossless, its just most people don't bother. I'm sure people said the same sorts of things when CDs started to replace Vinyls and cassettes

Don't you have one for Wigan? One what? A hilarious nickname

Don't you have one for Wigan?

Ah fair enough. Yeah download's started booking less heavy bands these days, but now there are ample festivals in the UK for that kind of stuff so it doesn't really matter. I was considering going, but as you said i've seen a fair amount of the bigger names before, and the undercard on the whole is pretty shocking; they seem to have blown their budget on big names, then gone for quantity over quality for the remainder
-
Are you off to Download then? or are they doing more UK shows

There squad is and was far better than ours so we were never going to be in the same situation, but it does go to show that if you aren't a complete fuckwit you can turn it all around quite quickly
