Meant to be off to Amsterdam at some point for a friends birthday, and will go to the lake district for a while in the summer. Off to a music festival in France too.

Hopefully Ashley'll panic buy £35 million of talent then Carroll'll change his mind.

It's of little consolation - the money won't properly be re-invested, and even if it was I'd still be pretty pissed off.

Reminds me how long it took us to get an England international playing for us (even longer if you forget Owen). I can't be the only one who feels a sense of pride in seeing our players get international call-ups. Aye, it was fantastic seeing him scoring regularly, seemingly loving his time here - I was really excited about the future he had playing with us. Now whatever he goes on to achieve will just feel like a kick in the teeth.

Even if we do sign anyone it'll be at a massively inflated price cos it'll be clear that we're fucking desperate for a striker.

You can still lose weight by starving yourself tbh, it's just probably not a good idea health wise, or very enjoyable.
