  1. Joe really having a shocker, just stupid that when we have no depth currently to play half a game on a yellow unnecessarily as a combative midfielder. 😕
  2. How could it not be reversed? Farcical.
  3. I don't know what is more hilarious; - The fact that they don't understand that they need the premier league much more than the premier league needs them - The fact that they think it's a good idea in any capacity - That they think other 'big' clubs would join them on such a foolish endeavour - Them believing that the EFL would welcome them with open arms, despite them spending ridiculously more than any other club at that level - That they believe their players would have no issue with droppping down several leagues and missing out on European football/the potential for it just to try to make a petulant point - That they have observed what we have done and still consider us to be rogue spenders I'll have to settle on their general level of delusion. 1. 4. Quite amusing that they tried desperately to stop our FFP compliant rise and couldn't even get over the first hurdle. Even more amusing that there's a fair chance we weren't truly considering going down that path anyway. On the commercial related deals, I'm sure there are a bunch of clubs who decided it would be in their best interest not to shine the light on their own dealings and/or complicate future endeavours. All in all it's a great outcome as it just serves to make those behind this look more and more weak, desperate, ineffectual and now impotent.
  5. When you're a three year old kid you can be forgiven your intentional misdemeanours when you apologise for them, not so much when you're a 140 year old football club. We'll happily spend whatever the fuck we want with full transparency if there's no penalty for "working with the PL".
  6. I don't know if they hoped that or were forced into hoping that seeing as Wilson is injury prone and now Isak also appears to be too.
  7. Eddie: "That was a really difficult game for us" ..."Not our finest moment but we have to accept it"..."Bournemouth played well, we didn't" The schedule doesn't let up after this. Let's get Tom Cruise and his special stem cell and baby blood transfusion machine in over the international break.
  8. We'll absolutely have to get someone. Can see it being a loan though and we'll need to take on an official global lubricant partner*. * Man United have one.
