Sissoko had a busy but unproductive first 10 and has done little since. There's a case for an earlyish substitution bringing on Ben Arfa. Likewise for Shola. I get the feeling that Pardew is simply hoping not to concede this half to leave his options open in the second.

Difficult for Santon there, we didn't pick them up from midfield. In the end he did well.

Mertesacker making Williamson look dexterous and mobile there. We're handling their propensity to go to ground incredibly well at the moment, backing off at the last and not being overly physical.
