  1. The fifth minute protest and poster display was wholly underwhelming.
  2. Papiss Cisse on the bench, literally licking his lips.
  3. Players all wearing 18 Jonas in the warm up.
  4. HBA in the stadium as expected. Also first green and blue kit wanker and it's an overweight woman.
  5. When the job is done and Pardew is gone the folks behind sackpardew.com should use their impressive organisation and penetration to get Puma to make us a decent kit.
  6. Worth it simply for the chance to watch Pardew squirm in his chair.
  7. Or a midfielder as he can play both. Come to think of it a man of his talent would have no trouble at centre back.
  8. Hoping for the best for both toonotl and Jonas. I'd love to see him back at the club for the farewell he deserves. If he was 100% fit and in the side despite Pardew I don't think we'd have crumbled to as many large defeats. Certainly if all our players embodied the same attitude we wouldn't. I'd also like to see Jonas come back too.
  9. We know that Pardew is a poor judge of talent (amongst other failings) so his exclusion from the side cannot be seen as evidence of a lack of ability on the players behalf.
  10. Yeah, no substance at all to that headline. Pretty good chance of a poisonous atmosphere for the Hull game regardless of the result.

"it's not clear at this stage wevver we've paid a financial outlay on the banners or not"
  12. The animosity towards Pardew has become rightfully toxic. That combined with our imbalanced, inexperienced and spiritless squad mean that if a change isn't made the threat of relegation is very real. It's surely easier and less risky for Ashley to move Pardew on, hope for an improvement in performances and then make the necessary purchases in January to avoid relegation. Setting aside any compensation to Pardew, Ashley will.have saved a sizeable chunk on wages by not making the purchases in the summer window. Shortsighted strategies, but that's his modus operandi.
  13. Chill pill Scoobos, noone has said Pardew is the only problem. At the moment though he's the biggest immediate cause of shite match days.
  14. Maybe they'll broadcast some actual football (amongst the 85% off adverts) on the big screen as a welcome distraction from our game.
  15. Barely needed to get out of bed to win this.
  16. Hey, he might cost us two goals a game with defensive errors, but think of all the gold he's spinning at the other end with his set piece involvement!
  17. Players clearly don't give a shit. If Pardew doesn't go Mike Ashley is taking the piss.
  18. The attitude and intensity level of the players here will indicate their position in relation to Pardew.
  19. Bit harsh to judge any one player in our current side.
  20. Just flicked to the other games, Sunderland had 28% possession with one shot on goal and are 1-1 with Tottenham.
  21. Plus, let's not upset the fantastic momentum the incumbents have built up.
  22. "We was here with a aim to impoove on last season, and we has under difficult circumstances."
  23. Sissoko should have scored there. Good run.
  24. This commentary is inconceivably actually worse than our defence.
