"Sam Allardyce - A victim of his own success." The Toad will nick that from the commentator for his autobiography. -

Loved Sammy's face there. Great drive and determination from Sissoko to get to the ball and head it with such power it must be said. -

To me it looks like they've lifted their effort but are nervous. Some of the little passes have been off and the final touches in particular have been poor. Effort wise Jonas unsurprisingly looks the busiest, his touch is still a little rusty and his shooting as always is horrid. Sissoko has been haphazard, his passing in particular is ad though he's just returned from a month out. Janmaat looks the most composed. A Williamson error is on the cards. -

They're queuing up to outdo each other in the ineffectual crossing stakes. -

Riviere didn't miss kick that quite so badly enough enough to score. To be fair it was a difficult one. -

That was an easy ball for Sissoko to Cisse there. Or at least should have been. -
Mike Ashley: I'm not selling until we win something (or finish top 4)

Did he do a little wink off to the side midway through? -

I'll be up watching, curious as to whether I'll actually care about the outcome. -
You should try out some other hobbies Mako, you may find something you're good at.

Future captain Williamson is back for this. That should shore up our defense. I mean, he should be a beast at defending set pieces given he's 6`4 right? I wouldn't start Cisse, but I would get him involved not too long after the break. With our track record I think the best scenario for us winning will be to go into the break on level terms. If we go in ahead we'll not know what to do in the second half and if we go in behind we don't have the fire power to score two or more goals. -
Go Australia.
-
Truth is he'll be our centre half whether or not we go down.
-
Jonas' heart, effort and likability with Ben Arfa's ability.
-
Given what we've seen of him so far if he tried it again he might get a clean shot off. Speaking of shot that should be the fate of whoever designed his boots - whenever he gets a look in he falls over.
