How was the dive from Grealish. Commentary I heard didn't make anything of it, I swear if it was a lesser team, or a lower profile player and they would have been slating the player for simulation. Poor IMO that the VAR didn't overturn that, it was the perfect opportunity with no risk as the game was effectively over anyway.

Yup, Targett never got to full match fitness and then picked up an injury. We carry Lewis on the bench but you'd not fancy him to be given a run.

I didn't say it was egregious, just that if I'm Bournemouth I'm disappointed about only being equal whereas on balance of play I'm happy to be 1-1. Happy to see ASM coming to life here and offering us something different.

Yeah, was a poor last touch before the shot that gave him next to no chance, but still ok with him taking it to keep them on their toes.

Ours were in added time. They deserve credit for that half apart from falling asleep at the end and not tracking Longstaff's run from deep through the middle. That was the only time all half we created a meaninful chance, everything else was a hopeful cross into the middle defended easily.

I'd be super disappointed to not be ahead after that half if I was Bournemouth. They brought good energy from the start and had done their homework on our attack knowing when to commit and which spaces we'd be moving in. Created the best chances too.

Thank fuck Miggy could take that on his left, it was a fantastic composed finish.

Don't think it was lucky, but on the balance of play I'll agree it was not deserved.
