Why? He hasn't shown anything out of the ordinary the way that Roeder did before he got the job full time. He's done an OK job given the circumstances, nothing more than that. Someone on here said he had better results than KK has had in his latest tenure.

This mentality needs to be adopted to be honest. He's gone and he's not coming back. I just want a decent manager and some stability now. No guarantee of that with Shearer. At one point, the ball bounced in front of him and he fucking leapt back as if he'd never seen it happen before in his life.
