1. #1 summer transfer target: tbh.
2. What about Ricardo Vaz Te from Bolton??? From what I’ve see this season, he looks to be a cracking player… pacy, good skill on the ball, bags of potential. A Portuguese Lua-Lua Would be perfect as a 3rd-choise striker IMO.
3. Too much? Doubt they'll sell for anything less... unless there is a clause or some agreement in their contract 131916 Boatengs out of contract in the summer.. 131921 Ahhh, allright...
4. You have just cut and pasted your Champ Man shortlist... 131901 Anyone else notice these? 131904 Never mind that, half a million for Martin Brittain? 131906 Yeah, we actually got £1,7m for Viana (nufc.com reports). Doesn't think £6m for Luque and £14m for Owen is urealistic... Just found out that Brittian is out of contract this summer...
5. You have just cut and pasted your Champ Man shortlist... 131901 I knew that would come...

7. I see your point Leazes, but for me a midfield of Beckham, Gerrard, Lampard and Downing simply doesn't offer the defence enough protection against world-class sides. The only positive I can take out of the Rooney situation is that we might see a player like Carrick or Ledley King (if fit) employed in the holding role. This would free up Lampard and Gerrard to play to their full potential. 131819 I think you're right Doc Sure it's a major blow that Rooney is out, but it could turn out to be a blessing in disguise... IMO Gerrard would be excellent in the Rooney-position just behind Owen. With Carrick and Lampard in the centre mid, Cole on the left and Beckham on the right, the midfield would be strong and have a very good balance.
8. Don't get me wrong, he's a good player and still has the potential to be great, but the amount of times a winger is screaming at him for a pass then he goes and blatters one over or wide of the mark it beggars belief! But he's one hell of a tackler. 131857 Him and Scotty Parker would be dy-na-mi-teee!!!
9. You're the expert... But he was voted second best player in the championship (after Jagielka) by the other players in the April-edition of "FourFourTwo"... He must do something right
