I only have two different watches. A Storm one for smart and one of those ones with the thick leather straps for casual. If I'm going out I'll wear some leather and bead things on my wrist and I've got a pewter pendant on a leather "string". I had my ear peirced in my early teens but don't weat anything in it, haven't done since I was 18-19.

The Services, That Peter Kay Thing and the first series of Phoenix Nights were all well written imo. Not sure about The Services and TPKT but Phoenix Nights was co-written by Dave Spikey and Neil Fitzmaurice aswell as Peter Kay, after re-watching Max and Paddy their writing was missed.

Still, it's not as bad as Fergies latest offering.

I can only think of one, she's an old woman called Mabel. She flags down any bus thats going past then dithers as to whether she's going to get on or not. Then when the bus driver finally has enough she'll shake her fist, bag or in one case I saw her lob a snow ball. She lives in a flat above a shop in the people who work in the place below her reckon she's lifted up all the carpets so she can hear what is going on. Then she complains that everyone is being noisy down to people closing their car doors too loudly.

Noddy was on last night for most of what I heard. They were talking about a few things, George Michael, etc. It was pretty amusing. And they were doing unusual recipies people had concocted after coming home late from the pub. A lot of which involved marmite, peanut butter or pot noodle. Nice one. I'll fire up the listen again and catch it later.

I used to listen religiously but I've drifted away. Does Noddy Holder still do the tv reviews? I've not heard him on there for awhile. I think the show runs Monday to Thursday. Mark "Lard" Riley does some good shows on 6 Music too He has on on evenings Wednesday to Fridays at 7.30. Both of them have some good sessions on their shows.

Whey I dosed off until about 1 o'clock. But heard the final hour. Hey was in the place. Nearly shat himself and came back out. His mate who was doing the engineering had been left out in the graveyard was bricking it as he was all alone. So Alan went back in for a second look round and the engineer bloke fucked off to the edge of the graveyard. He said there were some shadows and some noises but I couldn't hear anything. Then he saw some big dark shape in front of him and pegged it again, he knocked the key out of the door or something so queue paniced fumbling. When he got back outside the engineer was in a right state cos the driver had fucked off. So it ended with them walking back to the small villiage near by wondering how they were gonna call a Czech taxi and get back to Prague.

Got Night Owls on aswell. Wish he'd get his arse in gear. Am ready to nod off but want to hear him get to the place.

Aye, it was a canny series. Always had me coming back for the next episode so it must have been doing something right. Man to Man was good on Friday, waiting to see how the series pans out.
