While we're on a SK topic, I read somewhere The Talisman film has hit quite a few problems. In fact it's still not too far on.

I just put the geek in before someone else did. Beat them to the punch. But I can't wait. I've only found the last three books and the re-issue of the first one have illustrations, obviously there are other versions of the books have the illustrations but I can't find them. A full graphic novel would be unreal. EDIT: Just re-read the story and it's about Rolands journey post Wizard and Glass but pre The Gunslinger. But good news that they might do a follow up about the Tet Corporation.

Total fucking nightmare. My wagebill was too high so Fatboy told me too get rid of people. So I ditched Dyer, Chopra, Bramble, Ramage, Augustine and Moore, . Then he comes back saying he's disapointed that I've not made any sales and is going to take over transfers. Accepts bids for Bowyer (no great loss), Diamond and N'Zogbia. I already had Shola up for sale and some others but there were no takers. Managed to save Diamond by getting him to sign a new contract but Chelsea got Zog for £5.25 million and I got shit off the fans! So have put Nobby and Basinas up for sale and offering them around. With all prized players given sky high values and set to "Unavailable for transfer". What pisses me off (and doesn't make sense) is that Shearer (55k) and Robert (34k) are off the books at the end of the season and that would have saved so much money, with the players I already sold it would have dropped the wage bill so low. A cautionary tale there!

This could have (and probably does) happened to anyone who's had a transplant. It's been brought on because of the tablets (imunosuppressants?) he has to take to prevent the liver being rejected. Granted if he hadn't been an alcoholic then he wouldn't have needed the transplant.

The good thing about the Chelsea - Charlton match going into extra time was that it meant 606 started later. I can't bloody stand Spoony. Although no doubt that makes me a racist in the eyes of Bez 50089[/snapback] I forgot it was Spoony, so I knocked it off when it was him. He grates on me. Totally clueless when it comes to anything apart from the top half of the Premiership. Mark Chapman is much better, even for a manc. Adrian Chiles is canny too. I enjoy it more when we've not been playing.

606 is just starting. I expect there will be some Grimsby fans on having a twist after Shearers post match comments.

Finally.

Augustine is a decent freebie. Zander Diamond goes for 200k at the beginning and is a canny performer. Fairly shite just having a couple of million to spend. But considering the amount of new faces it's understandable. Can't get Mokoena, his permit won't come through. Having a nose at Rossi but he's on loan until January.

I fucked about trying to close the game to soon after saving and the save file corrupted. So have started again. Bollocks.

Read this means that Carr gets the yellow, making a red and he misses tomorrow's match. Which he was going to miss anyway as he had an injury. Thats what The Journal was saying this morning.

That'd leave us without a rightback. Carr is taking the yellow card that was given to Parker so will be suspended (he got another yellow after that) plus he has a slight injury. Ramage could stay at leftback and move Taylor to the right.

I got my mam and my sisters presents in Boots January sale. Just need little odds and sods now and I'll be sorted. Frees up money in December for all of the other expenses.
