Milk thistle (in tablet form) is supposed to be good. But I usualy drink a pint of water and a small glass fruit juice high in vitamin C before (OJ, Cranberry) before bed. That helps me along the way.

Durham for me, my mates are out at the local Wetherspoons from 2 then I'm meeting them in there at a more conservative time of half five before we get the taxi down at six.

I don't know if you lot knew but some places start their January Sales early, I found this out last year and it can come in handy. You won't get any of the stuff in time for Christmas but it will give you a good shot at some of the bargains. play.com game.net (some are on sale now and others start tomorrow) and boots.com are the ones I've spotted so far. Gamplay.co.uk starts tomorrow aswell.

Pig and Whistle used to have appalling toilets, reminded me of that scene from Trainspotting. Not been in there for years so don't know what they are like now. Hate going to the toilets when I'm out down Newcastle (or even some places down Durham) because of the trend to have people stood at the basins toting liquid soap. If you so much as go near the taps they cover your hands with the stuff and want a tip for the particularly difficult job.
