Well, today was the end of the current training prog and I start a slightly different route in a week. So Ive made a right pig of myself the night on pre-easter chocolate, hot crossed buns, mini-eggs and the like. Lush

You dont understand fat loss then Bowl of cereal in the morning with milk, call it 300 cals and the same on an evening another 300 cals and milk in coffee (when I was drinking latte) 500 cals per day is 3500 per week. If you drop that below your maintenance you lose 1lb of fat per week. I knocked about 800 cals a day off by doing that maybe more. Different days I was likely 500-1000 cals a day less. That was the difference between my weight not changing and moving into a calorie deficit and losing fat. Plus I lost any bloating I had which I now think was down to a degree of lactose intolerance.

Robot and Frank. Canny easy to watch film. Old bloke who has a bit of memory loss gets given a robot by his son to help him and he slowly warms to the idea.

BIggest thing for me was cutting out milk and cutting wheat down by about 80%. That was the difference between sitting at 15 1/2 st despite training and getting down to 12 9.

BMI is bollocks like, but I see its use for someone who wakes up one day and thinks "am I obese?". On another note, Im down to 12st 13lb and around 13-14% BF. Prob best shape Ive been in now bar none. Not too bad for a 40/41yr old.

Im just about where I want to be fat wise now so prob gonna start slowly increasing what im eating while keeping training the same. Maybe could drop 1 more % in BF. Course its much harder to get rid of those extra few than when you're a lard arse

Great shot, really like this one. Good composition. Id be tempted to add a tiny bit of fill flash to add a bit of detail to his head scarf etc but Im being picky there. Shallow depth of field so your eye is drawn to him first then the window.

FYI if you try and cut out too much food the body thinks its starving and holds on to the one thing you want rid of, fat. Thats its energy reserve and would sooner your muscles shrank than lost its fat. 20-30% below TDEE is more than enough for steady fat loss.
