(since he hasn't appeared this season iirc) he could be the sort of player to look at seems like a decent young winger especially in the championship.

I see Liverpool fans booing rafa this at a time they were top of the table, a man that has led them to European cups very recently, a man that just weeks previous was the greatest thing since sliced bread. We do change our minds quickly from time to time however it's definately no more than other football fans.

Italians travel rarely to away matches? From what I've seen not greatly they're the same as Spaniards most tend to follow the bigger clubs so their away attendances tend to be glory hunters from the area the match is played, the fans from the teams local area don't bother. edit: well said Stevie

Everytime an English team I dislike get to the final I want them to lose then I start seeing the fans of the other countries team. I dislike Man U mainly jelousy like but when watching a program last night seeing all the arrogant Spanish gloryhunters as well as cocky cunts from Barcelona and even Italians that want Barca to win simply so the English side lost I thought fuck them hope Man U stuff the cunts. When I see reports about how fantastic Barca fans are I laugh terms like 'the city breathes football' would it be the same if they had went 4 decades without a trophy? nah would it fuck they rarely travel to away matches same as the Italians, fuck that I'll be rooting for Manchester tonight.

I'm looking forward to it, do I want us to be there long no fucking way but I'm definately looking forward to it if the coming months go well and we keep players we want to and get rid of the deadwood. It wont go all our way as no doubt some we want rid of will stay and some we want to keep will leave, if Shearer stays I can see him trying to convice certain players like Bassong to give us 1 season before leaving. I look forward to going to a match with a buzz, looking forward to some decent football. Away matches with atmostphere no more soulless grounds like the Emirites, 15,000 Geordies decending on places like Blackpool. At the end of the day we want enjoyment drudging out results, scraping survival while playing shockingly bad football and receiving 5-1 batterings from the likes of Liverpool is not enjoyable. Being in the Premiership isn't the be all and end all, the past few years have been shite especially this season, I've went to some games recently and felt myself not really wanting to be there and I've thought fuck me I've never dreaded going to the match before. I'm under no illusions I know teams have went to the Championship and become mid-table battlers there or even worse, point of the matter is scrapping at the bottom of the Premiership is in no way funner than winning at the top of the Championship. As for talk of scrappy teams the vast majority of the Premiership are scrappy shitty teams this season for me has been woeful Hull, mackems, pompey, bolton, stoke all horribly wank teams to watch, it's been an incredibly weak league this season fulham in the uefa cup yes they did well but they are not a brilliant team no where near as good as the team we had when we were in that competition, Aston villa imo are crap yeah they have some talent in the team no doubt but if a team as shite as us beat them and then only lost 1-0 away to them they aren't all that great. Next season the Premiership will be wank to watch imo I personally find most of the big 4 boring Chelsea especially. We have the best chance in a long long time to seriously reform the club the question is if Shearer will be allowed to do this, if he is then I really look forward to next season as it will probably be our most entertaining for years.
