  1. This guy is so bad, there's surely someone somewhere that is going free even Henri Camara is better than him tbh. edit: wiki says Camara is at a club but sky sports said he was a free agent, he's shite either way tbh

    Oh great

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-pacific-11140142 Fucking hell
  3. Aye that's the place, it's lush I think it had the murder capital of America title took off it by Detroit recently. Still owns the car-jacking capital iirc.
  4. Aye I remember I was on a train up to visit a mate who was working in Grangemouth (shithole btw) and when a big group of Glaswegians heard our accents (everyone was hammered, friday neet it was) the ringleader or their group seemed chuffed to see a bunch of "wee geordiees" and went on to tell me if we'd been from anywhere else we'd "hae go' a glasgae kiss" shared his booze with us in all. Slightly off topic but the biggest shithole I've been too was somewhere in a city called Camden in New Jersey in the states what a fucking hell hole. Most the places I'd say have been mentioned tbh especially Coventry what a bunch of bamps.

    Barton

    So it begins. Jose next...
  6. Micah insulted his mam so De Jong sparked the dafty oot.
  7. which match was this was it last nights match with birmingham. i checked the birmingham squad and theres no richards there He's on about Micah Richards.
  8. Maybe we could lure him in by offering to keep him supplied. This really is desperate but it's not exactly a shocker I think every single poster on this forum has said at some point we need a striker so they loaned one out and sold another. Xisco must have been abysmal in training because I fail to see how he's any worse than Best and like what's already been said the loaning out of Routledge was madness even if we were planning on bringing someone in surely we could have held off on letting him leave until then. You'd think the people running us knew fuck all about football...
  9. I think you may be talking about Lee Trundle? Aye that's him . Anyone that watches the reserves see any potential in that Vuckic in all? all the hype about him's seemed to just die off. Is he fit? We've just given him the new standard 5.5 year contract so im not sure how he cant even make the bench at the minute. No idea I didn't even know we'd just give him a new deal, it does seem strange he's not making the bench.

  11. What's that lads name who plays (or played) in the lower leagues and he used to be a regular feature on the old Soccer AM and lovejoy used to pull himself over the lad every week. Not saying we should get him like just you lot got me thinking of shit strikers . Also is it Kazenga who's got the broken leg at the minute? I know we loaned him out.
  12. Agreed tbh, if we put 5 in midfield whereby Tiote sits back and 2 (Ireland and Nolan?) sat just off Best then we might nick a goal here and there. Then like you say hoy Ranger on when the defenders are knackered in the last 20 minutes. Losing Shola is a huge kick in the sack, as realistically he's the only one we've got that can play up front alone since Best isn't cut out for this division, Ranger is way too young and inexperienced to try and play that role (if he ever will be able too) and Lovenkrands is Lovenkrands.
  13. Pardew is OK. With backing he isn't so bad as people think and could do a good job. However, is this you being blindly optimistic or pointing out how a good club should be run ? Believe it or not Leazes I've never disagreed with most of what you say and feel the same way as you on more things than not. Most people here are in that camp too. Shepherd/Hall were the first chairmen in my lifetime who've had the ambition to match the phenomenal support. The only thing any of us disagree with you about is the last few years of their time here when we were throwing borrowed money at mercenaries trying to get back to where we had been. Nail on the head. It is a pretty depressing turn around in all.
  14. Imagine if he got a straight red again that really would be our luck at the minute.
  15. I think another relegation would fuck us, we managed to hold onto Collo, Enrique, Barton etc because they weren't the standout's in our team then (Beye, Bassong etc were). I think if we go down now we'd lose them and then it'd be Simpson, Taylor, Williamson, Perch as the back 4 (provided they even stay). People stuck with us last time due to either their low marketability or a belief that we could genuinely turn it round and get back up and stay up, going back down again the year after promotion does away with that belief and we've got no one behind the players we have now that could come good. Edit; In response to the main question though I guess it would depend on who replaced him, if it was some big billionaire man city style consortium that would hoy money about, or a bloke/consortium that really had the club and fans best interests at heart then maybe it'd be worth it if he was 100% guaranteed gone.
  16. This tbh, the where the goals will come from factor is worrying but I still think we're not as bad as others. We've played ok in the games Carroll's been out and we've scored goals in them, the loss of Shola is a big one (did I really just say that ) but hopefully we can just keep up the form we've been in (this game aside).
  17. That was good. Seems to be where he excels - scrappy physical encounters where you don't need to think, just react. Aye it was a good shot that really took Schwarzer by suprise, I think he needs a goal like that where he just hits it without thinking too much to get some confidence. Not saying he's going to be the next big thing but to be fair to the lad he gets himself in the right positions and does a lot of the hard work. Like others have said there was worse on the field tonight, Best included imo.
  18. Schwarzer was fortunate to save that shot he managed to get off but that was about all he did, I'm willing to give him a shot tbh because it's not like we've got much else especially with Shola crocked .
  19. I hate Chris Coleman, pulling himself off about Carroll. How many games has he seen Carroll play man. Also hate Duff the little bastard couldn't have been happier to score past us. We looked toothless but it was against a confident well drilled team away from home.
  20. . . as a forefit for tubby . wouldnt put it past them right now . fret not - the gawky berk wouldn't know where His statue is , never mind who He is man ! Good point.
  21. 1-3 I reckon Nolan first. Good feeling about the neet, people need to get some perspective on this Carroll thing 4FS. Like a fuckin depressed mental institution reading some of these posts. Aye I fancy us for a similar scoreline, Fulham are definitely beatable.
  22. you can get "everythingontv" online these days cant you I can see us beating these mugs
  23. What's his follow up to saying Shearer's opinion doesn't matter and trying to imply he's done fuck all? is he going to go and have a piss on Milburn's statue? ffs man this total joker is in charge of running the club.
  24. Aye cos he knows he's the number 1 striker now
  25. No doubt it'll cover the contracts of any current players in all, like the renewing of Enrique and Bartons contracts (if they still happen) so that's probably a good 5-8m on each of them straight away.
