They all were it was disgusting imo, that Alan Smith said something along the lines of "it's disgraceful I don't like to see professionals acting like that" then kept talking about Perch falling over nowt about how the other professional had just headbutted him. Perch took a tumble (as 99% of Prem players would have done) but it was a red card either way, they were lucky he didn't grant us a pen I'm assuming it was because he deemed Perch tripping him as a foul?

Absolute class performance, bricking it that we're relying on that shower to beat Everton mind they're absolutely hopeless. Aye I've been on a strict diet for about 3 month now which has been working (albeit slowly as my bodyfat wasn't too high), I'm going to go to my GP once I'm home just wondering if anyone had similar.

I don't mind Perch in midfield but as the last line of defence it's horrifying, if Perch is in high confidence he'll far excel Williamson (Perch is fairly athletic so can keep pace with Suarez and or Bellamy) but I think Williamson is going to have a nightmare in this game so that doesn't say much.

Struggling to lose the last few percent to get the abs showing (sitting around the 11-12% mark) so I've been adding in cardio (mainly rowing as far as I can for 7 minutes and some bodyweight circuits/barbell complex's) and I've noticed I get a pain in my chest and sometimes wheezy sounding breathing after it, this could be down to my lower aerobic fitness level (I've always been a sprinter + weightlifter so mainly favored anaerobic activity) so I could just be needing fitness but I've read online that the symptoms are a nod to the possibility of exercise induced Asthma. I know odd place to ask (out of country at the moment so can't get to doctor for another 2 month) but does anyone else get chest pain/wheezyness post cardio. If it is this type of Asthma it would have come on recently as I've always been active, I was a sprinter all through school, former Marine reservist etc.

Aye, McClean could have got himself a move away which I think he'd take even if they finish high especially a team like Fulham (in London and will pay him more than he'll be on now) unless the mackems offer him a big contract. The Perch + Williamson partnership terrifies me I think like The Fish and Stevie have said we need to batter them and keep them on the backfoot the whole 1st half and go in by a decent goal margin at the half, before we come out and give our normal slower 2nd half.

Spot on, I remember seeing a thread along the lines of "who would you prefer? Vaughn and Colback or Tiote and Cabaye?" and from what I remember it was at least an even split. Sessegnon is their best player by a mile and I don't see him sticking around much longer. I don't rate McClean too highly, he's a decent prospect but he's excelling as an unknown quantity the same as Carroll did for his 1st half a season in the Premiership, if he can step it up next year then they have a decent enough player but like Tom said he's nowt special his crosses are erratic and he favors one side more than most wingers.
