I had a quick look over today when I was bored, they're fucking mental! Some were saying that it's good if we finish 4th as we'll not be able to buy anyone as we're not certain for CL football due to having to play in the qualifier so will suffer in the league and then they can overtake us errm except we're guaranteed Europa league football anyway even if we lost in the CL qualifier and we've managed to attract players like Cabaye, Ba, Santon etc after finishing in the bottom half of the Premiership so who knows who we could bring in if we came 4th. There was another lad who announced how hilarious it's going to be when we sell these players, then went on to list 8 of our starting 11 when has he EVER seen a team sell 8 of their starting 11? short of a Leeds situation. I'm staggered by them tbh they've screamed how deluded we are all season then say things like If only O'Neill had started the season as manager they'd be where we are, hold on have they missed that they have 2 wins in their past 11 and haven't scored in 5 straight games under the mighty O'Neill. I understand the ones trying to pass our season off as a fluke etc it's their way of coping I get it but saying stuff like we'll plummet like a rock and they'll come top 6 next season is mental.

Scott Parker He must have dirt on everyone to do with these awards, player of the year last year in a relegated team and now in team of the year despite contributing fuck all. His tackling isn't particularly great and he doesn't pass the ball forwards only sideways or backwards, captain boring tbh probably collects stamps in his free time. I also agree Dempsey being passed up is bad, 22 goals from attacking midfield he's had an awesome season. Krul should get in as keeper of the season tbh he has 14 clean sheets same as Hart I think but behind a weaker back 4.

Aye quietly optimistic, we're in a perfect position tbh, I'll not be disappointed with anything from 3rd-6th places as we've surpassed any expectations coming 6th let alone 3rd! Realistically I don't see us coming 3rd but the way we're playing and the poor form of spurs 4th is a possibility. If next weekend we win and Spurs + Chelsea lose/draw the Man City and Chelsea fixtures will be less of a worry.

Aye Ron Swanson's a crease. Glad we kept strong 2nd half and just clinically saw the game out, top finish from Cabaye for the 3rd. Just a top class performance all round tbh just hoping QPR do us a big favour here.

We're going to come 6th minimum from the looks of it, 2 years after watching stars like Marlon Harewood we now get to watch a french title winner and current regular in their national side Yohann Cabaye.
