This, he had a good solid first season in the premiership with Swansea. Him and Rodwell both made the wrong choice last summer. I'd definitely take Sinclair here, he's still young too.
-
Great to see him win it, played brilliantly. Chuffed to bits for the bloke shouldered all that pressure for years. Quality.
-
This, I've read he has a £7m release clause if that's true it's mental we're in for Kone and not in for this lad.
-
The more you think about it the more unbelievable it is, "ah weww aaahve alweadee booked it innaaye" he's not worked since 2008. Surely the first thing you would do is either reschedule or cancel the holiday, he's "needed" at the club the most during windows surely he can bugger off in between. Unless of course he's left Carr, Pardew etc to carry on trying to recruit players while he's away and if that's the case I hope he stays on holiday.

Shane Ferguson tearing apart international opposition
Howay replied to Christmas Tree 's topic in Newcastle Forum
I'd far rather see Santon play Left wing for us. -
Seems that way, Perch said he understood the new policy, Pardew tried to offer him a new deal so he tried.
-
See Norwich have signed Redmond, around £3m is the rumored fee. Surely the sort of player we're supposed to be interested in, young and somewhat low fee with a big possible upside. Could have offered Shane Ferguson as part exchange as Birmingham like him.
-
Thought it was a high point for him tbh, he was probably closer to having a point than he normally is to be fair.
-
That was quick, que end of transfer window "well we tried for Kone". We should try for that Charlie Austin lad for £5m anyway, young and has a good record over 2 year in the championship.
-
Kone is canny like, he'll pick Everton anyway but if we were to get him I'd hope we'd bring in another striker. As J69 just said though if he comes in that'll be it for us on the striker front.
-
Was going to say the same. Think he took another 'pre planned holiday' which he was due to return from on the 1st of July now he's off again. It gets more and more ridiculous tbh .
-
I really don't understand how he's still going about doing interviews and still getting things wrong. Surely after being ripped to pieces from every corner for the last few interviews he's had where he's got facts and names wrong he'd work on ensuring he is accurate. Like NJS has mentioned, so far his start in the job has been less than stellar and to go with the so far poor dealings in the market he's made himself a national laughing stock. The bloke didn't know who Douglas is, that alone makes me very fearful of his suitability for the role of finding players for a club that does most its business in the French and Dutch markets.
-
Sick to the back teeth of this lot now, I don't know if they're intentionally making us a laughing stock over and over again, or if Ashley has no clue what he's doing/what he wants and now just wants to give his mates jobs. We've needed at least another striker in since before we sold Carroll, we're still in that same position now. We just don't seem to be doing anything, and what's worse is they are letting the press think we're bidding for players and as Isegrim and Ant have just pointed out we clearly aren't. He seems to have no clue at all what to do so he's just going to sit there and come the end of the window we'll have to hand to it Mike for hanging on to our big players.

Aye setting up for a fantastic season.
-
Aye howay Ashley, shell the extra £2m and get it over the line.
-
Would be worth signing Pierre Emerick Aubameyang just to hear Kinnear try and pronounce his name.
-
Would be some deal if we got them two, like you say though can't see it happening. If the above doesn't happen and Bony goes to Swansea I'll be gutted tbh, worrying that teams like Norwich, Swansea and Cardiff are making some canny signings while we don't seem to be doing much (again unless what Mark here is saying has any legs).
-
I'm still working on getting them to say football rather than soccer, people I talk to often have started referring to it as "your football" so I'm halfway there.
-
Aye I live in America and most seriously don't know what I'm referring to when I say World war zed, until my wife 'corrects' me. They find it truly earth shaking that we don't say zee, "but when you say the alphabet you say zed?". And aye Fishy lad I've heard it's no where near the book, which is a shame as (although I've not read the book yet) it seems a canny concept.
-
Forgot Mignolet was off in all . I know Mignolet wasn't signing another deal but he has no excuse for the other two. Someone told me Di Canio had said he wants to build the team around Colback, please tell me that's true
-
Could be like, without giving owt away during the end they mention something about how this is only the beginning. The book was from multiple peoples perspective I think so there could be a trilogy in it like.
-
So captain and star player gone so far.
-
Went and saw world war Z last night, canny watch like. Different to alot of zombie movies as its set while the shit is hitting the fan rather than the bloke waking up after its all went to pot. The zombies themselves are like surging hordes which sets up some pretty cool moments. Some good cack your pants moments thrown in for good measure. Starts off at a canny pace and never really relents.
-
He'll be bullshitting about this in all, every other word out the snakes mouth is a lie. And if he's telling the truth, fuck off Joe you fat wanker.
-
Honestly just shut up Kinnear man. So Newcastle is now one big council estate and we're all thicker than him, cheers there Joe. Why doesn't he come back from this "Holiday" and actually do some work for us rather than lounging about and talking about "up there".
