Agree with jonthemag. I very much doubt there's many players playing in Europe unknown to premier league teams, a scouts job is to find players that will suit playing in the league and suit the playing style of the club. The bloke has pretty much completely written off Yanga-Mbiwa which is ridiculous, and declared haidara as not prem quality which from what I've seen of him isn't true. Why is he watching so many of our games anyway?

The Secret Diary of Lee Ryder (aged 44 and a half)
Howay replied to Craig's topic in Newcastle Forum
They should have just done that in a pub as his "expert analysis" was exactly the same as listening to some bloke 8 pints in rambling about the game. -
Agreed, I don't mind him quietly asking the club to leave but having this fuck on every window is pathetic. If his personal circumstances are that bad he needs to be home I'm sure he's made more than enough money to just retire and move home. If he's just decided he's a bit fed up of England and wants to go home then like Gejon said he signed a contract.

Aye that Chadli is woeful like, you can see the potential in a few of the others mind.

What if the Aliens had've won in Independence day?

Would we get the three titted aliens like on total recall? -
Cracking finish by Gotze there.

Looked complacent 2nd half but at least we held out, would have been nice to have 3 wins and 3 clean sheets in 3 but I'll take 3 straight wins! Shola looking undroppable at the moment hope Sissoko's knock isn't anything as he's been looking better last few games. Think tiredness was a big factor for some of the players today, a good rest before the next game now. Agree with Chez was really worried we'd slip up today, hope we can keep the run going next week.

Shola has been brilliant through balls, classy turns the lot!

Spot on, what a throbber he is if this is true. I'd stick him in the reserves to rot if we could but as he's our best defender and our back ups to him are inconsistent we can't.

Aye if anything we're sponsors of sports direct. What a situation man.

Fraser Forster or The Scottish Football Thread.
Howay replied to mls1-CelticFC's topic in Newcastle Forum
But still those 4-6 games against top sides every year are the only proper opposition faced by Celtic, that's why people aren't swayed by Forster playing well in some of those games. It's different playing that well in 'one off' games like CL ties, as opposed to performing week in week out against good quality opposition like he would have to in the Premiership. -

I'd love for this premier league bubble to burst and see more British and Irish lads playing week in week out for Premier League teams, but too much money is being made the way it's going for this bubble to burst like you reckon. Playing elite opposition 4-6 games a year proves absolutely nothing, there's a reason teams like APOEL Nicosia have managed to make it to the QF's or further. -
The Wonga.com award, for fucks sake . This lot seem to be getting a lot more for their money than most sponsors.

literally my exact thoughts after reading that article.

Knew something had to be up with that.

84 pace, 86 dribbling and 84 shooting. Pretty decent up front

I'd like to think he just really loves Tall Trees.

Gets trapped in your suit though, could be a disaster if it's a particularly potent bit of flatulence.

Boro are about to name Karanka their new manager. Canny drop down in lifestyle for the bloke going from a city like Madrid to one as hellish as Middlesbrough

He must be taking the piss? decades in professional football, the stories he should have and he's going on about what books he has in his house? what a fucking knacker. The story about Martin Corrigan is wonderful too, I actually considered giving the book a read but seeing these excerpts puts me right off.

Only 8 points behind Arsenal now .

Brilliant result and an utter stunning performance by Tim Krul. That 2nd half was excruciating to watch but worth it at the whistle, 6 points from 2 games I expected nowt from.
