  1. Agreed, they battered us last weekend but they're still utter shite. They've got possibly the toughest fixture list left and are an injury to Adam Johnson away from having little to no threat.
  2. This is going to be awful. We'll look to sit deep and hope to counter, look solid the opening 5 mins before quickly going 2-0 down by the 20 min mark.
  3. Against Arsenal wasn't it?Think I heard McClen is a joiner now, I'm sure we could get him to step up and play alongside Shane 'the muss' Ferguson for a few games.
  4. Has there been a CM pairing weaker than that in Prem history? It would be nice if we had a bloke like Jonas to play in that position for the month... edit/ Just thought is Bigirimana still injured? he'd definitely be worth playing over Gosling.
  5. He really is an utter fraud like. I really hope he is just mortal all the time like I imagine he is as he's been around the club for a good period of time (over the 2 spells) and I've never seen him correctly pronounce Ameobi's name, it isn't even hard tbh. He worked hard by all accounts, rifling through his packs packs of wagon wheels and jammy dodgers while watching the East Enders omnibus instead of having anything to do with training. Delegated pretty much everything from what I heard around the time, utter fucking window licker and I really hope it's the last time that dribbling chode is near our club.
  6. Told to resign with what dignity he had left, before going on to say he used to sit up mortal at the bar telling anyone who would listen he was signing Bale and Salah. Surprised they didn't kick that tramp out the Hilton tbh, absolute bottom feeder.

    Laptop help

So I've had my Dell inspiron 1545 for about 5 years now and it's done the job for me with only a few problems (had to replace the charger once and the hard drive once, so not too bad). Now the charger port (not sure of the technical term) seems to be on the way out as I have to mess about with it until it comes up that it's charging (normally only on a completely flat surface with the wire looped back). I've had a quick look around online and it seems to be a problem with the connection to the motherboard or along those lines, would anyone know if this is somewhat pricey to fix? Like I said I've already fixed a few problems with it and I'll be wanting to get a new one in the near future anyway so basically the second part of this is if it's better to just get a new laptop now anyway. I used to have an ok knowledge of what was decent specs a few year ago but being honest I'm pretty clueless when it comes to it now. I just really need it for web surfing, word processing and footy manager (which my current laptop is currently rated as half a star of efficiency for running it according to the game). I've also had a problem recently with running HD streams through my laptop, I live in America at the moment and they have HD streams for the games through NBC but my laptop has a horrific time handling the NBC live HD stream and I end up having to switch to another stream. I don't know if this is a problem with my laptop (old netcard etc) or a problem with NBC as I've not noticed much problems streaming other things such as netflix but other people seem to run NBC fine as a lot of the streams I end up switching too are other peoples NBC streams . Just wondering if anyone has any tips, like a spec I should be looking at for my intended use, or even any examples of what they reckon would do that job. My main priority is sorting that streaming issue out tbh, as I'd love to be able to watch the HD stream as they tend to just stick Man Utd and co on over here. Cheers in advance for any help.
  8. Aye pretty much, still happy this bloke is not representing the club in any capacity now. It'd be great if they did promote Carr but tbh he'll probably get his second favorite drinking buddy in to fuck up any possible transfers. Also, can we judge him yet?
  9. :wank: :wank: :wank: :wank: :wank: :wank: :wank: Agreed the damage is done but thank fuck that's him gone.
  10. It was only his first January window in the position, he's spotted some lad called Mehdi Abeid playing in Greece who he'll check out. Give him another 4 year, then we can judge. How can you expect him to operate knowing he had around £20m coming, other teams knew it too have to be careful of being ripped off so it's better to just hold that money until a transfer window around a world cup where players prices are never inflated...
  11. He was just joking, your mistype of fuch instead of fuck is similar to how a scouser would pronounce the word
  12. Says a lot when a team that was in league one 3 seasons ago is probably a more attractive prospect and has more ambition than us.
  13. Agreed, he got his tactics wrong today and was exposed brutally, we weren't in this game. It's just all a bit embarrassing to keep making these excuses as he's had transfer windows to improve it and losing Cabaye hasn't been a shock, the excuses just make him look even worse tbh.
  14. What an embarrassment that bloke is, I'd hate to see what it would look like if the players weren't bothered if that's what over hyped looks like. Remy has barely scored in the past 12 games, scoring has been a problem you haven't addressed. He also can't keep using Cabaye leaving as an excuse, we knew he was leaving and had plenty of time to move, even a late loan move for Lewis Holtby would have been good until summer.
  15. I knew he'd come out with that chestnut. Honestly he must understand how blaming the fans is just embarrassing, I know it's his fall back but they weren't really on the players backs until goal 2 flew in and an Alan Pardew team struggles to score 2 in a game anyway so it was all over.
  16. Fucking hell, so he's basically confirming what you said before about having 1 plan. He's known Cabayes been leaving for at least 6 month, we've had spells without Cabaye, why has he not thought about this before now. He's one of the worst managers in the league atm, Di Canio and Holloway were two I thought were worse going into the season and they're both sacked.
  17. Especially when all the other players were playing the passing style along with Cabaye, it's not like he was just doing it on his own. He was a big part of it but these lads can pass the ball around, it's as if Pardew thinks as soon as Cabaye is out the side none of them can pass so hoofing it up to Ameobi is the only possible option.
  18. Agreed HMHM, and now that Cabaye is gone plan A is hoofball basically. He should surely be able to come up with a better approach then just opting for long balls, teams with far lesser players than us don't do that.
  19. Aye I'd like to see Haidara starting more games once he's back fit. He's more solid defensively than Santon from the games I've seen him in.
  20. "if I was managaaa I would 'ave played kebab against sunderlaahnd"
  21. Aye, I've lost a lot of respect for these players through these derbies. They seem to have no pride in themselves as they seem okay with losing to this lot as it never seems to ignite any desire or passion in them to win. I know they're foreign and the derby means little to them but howay you're the one getting stick, you're the one losing 3 in a row to a team that has been fighting relegation when all 3 games took place. Spineless pricks. I agree with all the Anita comments btw, he was an utter shambles from kick off even when the others were okish for the first 5 minutes or so.
  22. I think the most depressing part is I'm not at all shocked, I had a feeling we would lose before the game. I can't see us beating these unless something big changes, our players bring now passion whatsoever and I'm not sure if that's them, Pardew or a combination. Pardew's tactics are always shite for these matches. The fact we had Shola up front is nothing short of a joke, I know we had injuries but we knew we needed a striker going into the window and we even had identified De Jong prior to it how did it take us 30 days to bring the lad in. He should have been well bedded in and starting by now.
  23. Anita was too, gave away a pen but also an early free kick when Bardsley was going absolutely nowhere which they then almost scored from. Sissoko needs to start performing mind because he's a million miles from living up to his reputation.
