  1. Embarrassing, so it really shows he's completely incapable of forming a system. He just benefits from the rush of excitement and adrenaline that comes from lads coming to a new club. He's a fraud, I know people keep saying it makes no difference if he goes but it fucking does, the stat Tooj posted about him suffering 19 losses by 3 or more goals compared to 35 since 1993 shows he's a disgrace. How many times have we won comfortably against 11 men this season? or the whole time he's been in charge? even when we had that amazing run with Ba, Cabaye etc we still only won most games by 1 goal. He's simply one of the worst managers in the league, stats like yours and Tooj's show that. I don't even care if the replacement is only marginally better I can't stand this bloke anymore, his teams simply roll over and take their hidings, we rarely stand up to the bigger sides or in form sides we just curl up. We're incapable of come backs, It's been a long time since we've seen a Newcastle side that look so beaten when they go a goal down.
  2. As long as he was bollocking the entire team for being an embarrassment that's fine, but to single a lad you've brought on as a sub for that is a joke tbh. Fed up of the lot of them atm.
  3. Martinez has them playing brilliant stuff, the ball in from Baines for the first goal was top class. That Barkley is going to be one hell of a player if he keeps this rate of development up, he's already running most games for them. Shows what you can do on a tight budget if you have a good manager and back the team when it needs to be backed...
  4. If he worked as hard on his actual job we'd be top four.
  5. Aye that's it like, we're being humiliated week in week out. He has no tactical sense most the time, his team choices are shite and the bloke is a dickhead. I know getting a new manager in wouldn't solve much but at least we might reduce the number of 3+ goal kickings we get and maybe watch a team that tried to go forward with some cohesion as opposed to one that's basically terrified of conceding (and ends up conceding shit loads anyway). Our goal difference is always shit under this bloke, even the year we come 5th it was what? +5? Because when we win we rarely do it by a comfortable margin and we often lose by two or more when we lose. Plus suffered embarrassing losses to some dreadful mackem sides under him.
  6. Mackems need 7points from their 3 games in hand to go equal on points with Norwich, they're fucked tbh.
  7. Someone might score an own goal like.
  8. We move the ball far too slowly, when we switch it it takes numerous passes or is floated over, the defence just calmly shifts to that side.
  9. Another 3+ goal loss, fucking embarrassing. License to print money betting against us at the minute.
  10. That Fellaini is absolutely shocking mind would fit right in with our lot.
  11. I'd rather see us play a youngster than Dan Gosling. Surely there's a kid in the youth teams better than him, apart from Bigi who I'm assuming is still injured. If Bigirimana isn't injured then what the fuck is Pardew thinking?
  12. We'll sign Darren Bent for fuck all and De Jong, Pardew will praise Ashley for bringing in experience and talent, and we'll be shite.
  13. Agreed, we've already beaten them at Old Trafford as well. I know we've got injuries but that doesn't mean it's ok for Pardew to say "ahh fawwwk it" and roll over and take a 0-4 pounding, which he seems to be setting us all up for. Come 5 o'clock Saturday it'll be "the boys worked 'ard, we'wve been struggaahlin wiff injahhwies so I caaahnt ask for much mowaaah fwom the laahds" after a 0-4 hammering.
  14. What an embarrassment this bloke is, basically comes out every week talking about how hard we're going to find it. If our players weren't motivated and are looking to the summer how come the Southampton players were? Useless prick. The bit about it being a World Cup year man, as if any of them have seemed worthy of a place since new year. They should be motivated by that, not playing shit because they're distracted by it. I can't wait till we're shot of this wanker, never known a manager to come out and be on the verge of saying we're going to lose most weeks.
  15. But he doesn't get to embarrass Dan Gosling in training everyday.
  16. Seems to have worked FIsh, I also worked hard to improve my scouting up to about 55% knowledge of the world in 3 year. I've had 2 English attacking midfielders through who seem to be similar to Jack Wilshere and a good left back, I had San Paulo, Dinamo, Ajax and fenerbache as feeders but they all cut ties this season.
  17. Aye it's a big year for them to be hit with this. Hope Athletico can win the title this year so they have money to invest heavily and convince Diego Costa to stay.
  18. Just seen it does block the Halilovic move as well.
  19. Ouch, there's no chance Delofeu will be leaving now they'll need all the talented youngsters they have. Can see Real Madrid spending massively now, the rumoured summer bid for Suarez looking all the more likely. This sets up really big trouble for them with Puyol and Valdes leaving at the end of the season, wonder if Puyol will rethink retirement. I'm assuming that lad Halilovic is still allowed to come in as they've already got the deal in place? or does it block that?
  20. Aye, they're all around that level quality wise. Hopefully they'll be mid table championship fodder within 2 year.
  21. Aye there's bound to be some cheering if it happens, but they had grown men crying in the stands and hugging their sons it was like fucking VE Day there.
  22. Aye Sunderlands squad isn't close to the one we had when we went down, they're going to lose Ki and Borini as their loans are up. Iirc Larsson and I think Colback and Bardsley are out of contract, I can see Adam Johnson moaning and getting a move. Short of that group of players they're looking pretty dreadful tbh (I'm not 100% on Colback and Bardsley, just remembered they have a few contracts up at the end of the season). Short is going to need to buy a fair few upper level championship players which it seems they started to do bringing in Bridcutt.
  23. Howay Fish, are you saying that 3 strikers with 2 Premiership goal between them aren't good enough?
  24. Spot on post that Stevie, Pardew genuinely looks clueless at times and I seriously hope the decision to keep bringing on Left backs against So'ton was Carvers choice as it worried me even more if that was Pardew's work. A good number of the players we have signed in recent years have regressed under Pardew, imagine how good someone like Sissoko would look under Robson compared with his performances this year, when he first come he was driving at teams and really asserting his will on them whereas now he is often crowded out and if he does get a good run going overthinks the pass or shot. Like many have brought up the amount of times we just roll over and take a stomping under Pardew is a total disgrace, and truthfully half the time he doesn't look as bothered anymore. We were far better under Hughton tbh, we played more expansive, attacking football, under Pardew we look scared, we sit deep and look nervous to concede which invites pressure. The season we finished 5th was class, we rode our luck at times but I hand it to Pardew he did well, but like you say since then has been utterly miserable, I struggle to think of many games where we were the better team for 90 minutes, we either come out swinging and go one or 2 up in the first half then sit back and try and hold out 2nd half, or roll over first half and come out swinging 2nd half, is it fitness? or tactics? it's just odd. We were "the comeback kings" under Robson, under Pardew you can pretty much give up on a game once we go a goal down with the lack of times we've recovered from a losing position, it's pathetic. I said in the other thread the blame falls on everyone, and I think that completely, the players shouldn't escape blame for their terrible performances because Pardew is poor, but Pardew makes it hard not to just blame him. The man is a right sack, he comes across as a smug wanker when we win, thanking Mike, then he rolls out excuse after excuse if we lose, blaming the fans numerous times for things (which I think is unforgivable). This bloke deserves all the stick he gets, I remember when Parker lost the fans after swearing at the fans who were giving Carr a rough time, I'm surprised Pardew doesn't get more direct stick at games, maybe it's the apathy nowadays.
  25. What a joke of a club, all the time they've spent in the Premiership and 2 7th place finishes is the best they've managed, no games in Europe (besides what 2 games against Ferencavoros yonks ago?). The mackem someone quoted is bang on, they belong down there and I really hope they just fucking stay down there this time.
