It still doesn't excuse why a 27/28 year old professional athlete has let himself get into such shit shape. I blame Pardew for a lot of things but the fact is Ben Arfa is being hugely unprofessional. It's not good enough to come back fat as fuck and use the excuse that the manager is a nob and hasn't won owt. Pardew of course shoulders blame too but I can't absolve Ben Arfa just because Pardew is a joke. We can't play Ben Arfa for 90 mins with the shape he's in, he's fat as fuck, he struggles against fresh opposition and is better ATM coming on as a sub when his opponents are tired. I'd give him more than 20 mins and that bit is on Pardew. Pardew clearly doesn't like him or players of his ilk and I'll never agree with Pardew on this, but Ben Arfa is doing fuck all to prove him wrong. Letting himself get so pathetically out of shape helps Pardews argument that Ben Arfa is lazy. Would Pardew pick him if he was in good shape? Who knows, but if that was the case then the blame would solely be on Pardew. I agree with Ewerk, Gemmill and PL Pardew is a twat but Ben Arfa is acting a right sack too.

Agree with MT, without Remy we wouldn't score again this season but he'll get a couple if he plays tbh. We've created some chances in games and the difference is he'd tuck them away or create openings with his movement.

We won't finish 10th now, Stoke at least will finish above us and there's a chance West Ham can overtake us too, so we've also failed to meet their very conservative targets of a top 10 finish. I must admit I'm not arsed about us finishing top 10, 10th or 11th makes no difference really it's still mid table mediocrity, the upside is none of these useless twats get an undeserved bonus for finishing top 10. It's disgusting to think we could very easily end the season with 10 losses by 3 or more goals, it's unacceptable. Yup, I don't understand Gosling over Bigirimana at all, Bigi has looked a very capable player pretty much everytime I've seen him whereas Gosling has looked like an absolute nothing player every time. Bigi is also far younger, Gosling can't claim to be a youngster anymore tbh at 24 he should pretty much be a regular starter (I know there are some exceptions but 24-28 is pretty much middle aged as a prem player), I think they said this was his 3rd prem start for us what's the point? Bigirimana has real potential imo and we're risking stunting it to play a bog standard championship player like Gosling, unless we're playing him to 'put him in the shop window' but even so we're probably decreasing his value by playing him.

Dan Gosling doing brilliantly again there according to him "broke well from midfield and almost met it" so jogged into the box and was nowhere near it.
