Ryder is such a horrible writer. Pardew is bang on imo, he definitely brings a losing consistency to the team. I actually like that we're going to play Sammy, Ayoze etc as I think they've looked better in their appearances than most of the normal first teamers. I would like to see Cabella mind, this talk of the new French lads not being up to the pace etc yet wouldn't it make sense to play them in a Carling Cup match then? he's not bothering playing them too much in the Premiership so may as well use them in a game he clearly puts no value in.

I think that's also the order in terms of their potential in all tbh. Obertan's getting to that age where you have to start thinking he probably wont improve too much imo. I'd like Ameobi to become something and he definitely has the tools (same as Obertan does) to be a decent winger, just needs to make his stamp on the games more often.
