  1. Not really a shock mind is it Troop? the bloke is fucking clueless about football and that's the field he has worked in his entire life, I don't expect him to know anything about medical procedures or medicine in general more extreme than giving a kid calpol for headaches.
  2. Too busy smoking pot in his garage man.
  3. I reckon McClaren is plan A through Z, if Derby get promoted Ashley and co will spend all summer unsuccessfully courting him before eventually utterly panicking 2 weeks before the season starts. We best hope Derby don't come up and McClaren decides to come.
  4. Fantastic, so that's no more points out of the remaining games then.
  5. The mackems are going to end up with less points than us, so we'll be fine.
  6. Aye why waste your time meeting that bunch of absolute losers. I'd get it if you were a little kid but a grown fucking bloke man? Need to get a grip.
  7. Whatever happens with the end of the season I've little doubt that Ashley will do the absolute bare minimum in the summer to keep us up/get us promoted. It'll be another fantastic season where the team try and play football. I'd love for us to get McClaren tbh as he's a proper coach which will mean we have an actual coach for the first time in years, he can get teams playing canny football as seen with his Boro, Twente and Derby sides (didn't see his Wolfsburg team and International footy is different). To troopers doubt of why he would take a job like this after building his reputation up a bit, I still think he has a way to go in this country as a lot of people will stuff huff and moan if Newcastle appoint him due to his poor England performance. You also only have to look at Pardew to see what a reputation changer a few seasons in the Prem can be, he went from the football graveyard and a sacking from a League one team to being seen as a Premier League level manager again. A few seasons keeping us in the Prem, maybe one good run to nick a European spot (probably wouldn't even need this) and McClaren will be in high demand and linked to a good amount of Premier League jobs again.
  8. “So me and @Thomas91C will be going along on Friday, which we are thankful for getting the chance to speak to staff and players and get the point across that me and @Thomas91C and all you are making, and hopefully find out what Carver is trying to do." I just keep imagining Carver leading them around acting cocky as owt, taking them into his office and as soon as the door closes his shoulders slump forward "Well? Any ideas lads? ahhve brought yuz here to givviz some tips". The best part about this is he is being forced to do this, he would never come out with an idea like this and was probably still shadow boxing when they suggested it yelling about how he'll take them all on. This fucking club man.
  9. Aye, wouldn't really make much difference. Ashley may as well just do away with the lot of them and have no coaching or managerial staff, the results would be similar tbh. They look canny as well Ewerk, doing what every team besides our useless lot seems to do when they're risking the drop and responding to it.
  10. Nah we just got a bloke that's blander than Aston Villa.
  11. That's them up barring a total fucking disaster cracking game by them cuffing Bolton 3-0, crazy to think that in the 07/08 season Bolton were in the UEFA cup and Bournemouth were getting relegated into League two while in administration, hell of a story and great to see stories like this still.
  12. I dont think he knows he's out of his depth btw. I believe he thinks all of his excuses are genuine amd that they are the reason for our current plight.
  13. Aye, we're in a right fucking mess. The daftest part is if Ashley invested in the coaching side properly we'd probably have less injuries, look more disciplined and better on the pitch and we might actually be producing some youth players that are capable of premier league football. It wouldn't even cost him that much as it's not like coaches get anywhere near footballer wages.
  14. Aye I mean I only had a very small amount of respect for him from his days under Sir Bobby, I assumed he must be a half decent coach (not good or owt just actually capable) until recent years. The way he has went on recently is just pathetic tbh. I'd feel bad for him if he was getting this abuse and had never come out with the utter shite he has spouted or had any confrontations with fans, but I don't think he'd get this sort of stick if that was the case. He's made his bed by hoying his lot in with Ashley, I understand he can't really hope to keep his job and come out slating Ashley but he could do a Hughton and just keep quiet in general. This is another failing of Ashley mind, he's putting Carver into an utterly untenable position, they say they'll keep him on at some capacity but what position can that be? how will he be able to coach anyone at the club after this disaster? I mean the shite he's coming out with to the press must only be a sample of the absolute insanity he is saying behind closed doors. I just wish this embarrassment of a season would just hurry up and end really.
  15. I'd love it if he was daft enough to swing off on a supporter, would massively increase the chances of us seeing the back of him. He has lost so much respect from me that I don't even want him to have a job at the club in any capacity, I think he's a complete piece of shit and I genuinely hope his career fucking tanks as it's exactly what he deserves.
  16. Aye you're spot on there Noelie, looking at them games if we lose all of them we would fully deserve relegation. I think Cisse offers the hope of some points tbh. I reckon the cheesy chip guzzlers are going down based on their run in.
  17. Agreed, we watch football as entertainment. We haven't been entertained since the championship season and the two following promotion tbh as that's when he showed ambition as he knew he had to get back up. I thought he would learn but he's obviously grown complacent to the fact we can go down. I don't fear going down all that much tbh as being in the premiership means very little if we are going to keep being served up the utter bilge of the last 3 year.
  18. It's mental to think the whole time we spent coming back up from the Championship and then Ashley trying to eke out every penny by putting as little investment in the playing side as possible they spent that time actively trying to become a good football team, spunking fortunes and having a club from the bottom right to the top that actually wanted to become good, yet despite all that they are still below our shower of shit.
  19. Why would he do that? there'd be a queue a mile long if he got what he was asking for the fucking melon headed prick. This bloke is trying his best to rival Pardew in the biggest cunt stakes.
  20. Fully agree. That third goal by Swansea was utterly tragic defending. Villa have just pulled level away to Man City, this is the worry, the teams around us are battling while our lot chucked the towel in 3 month ago.
  21. The mackems have a canny nails run in mind, can't see them getting the 5 points to tie us with the games they have. Then again they're horrible cunts and no doubt Johnson will wrap in the winner against Chelsea to keep them up before he gets in the van to Durham prison.
