Aye, I'm sick to the back teeth of the club coming out and basically having a pop at the support telling them to get behind the team. The support base have suffered some absolute shite under this bloke that very few fan bases have ever had to endure and we still average well over 40k a game. We have watched some of the most boring and pointless football the club has seen in the last 3 seasons and have watched the club be transformed from an ambitious, albeit poorly run and overpaying, club to a completely pointless one. They are in the business of entertainment and what they're doing is akin to a top performer selling out concerts, coming out and mumbling some of their lesser known songs before screaming at the stunned crowd to cheer him off, then the press come out and write some articles about what a bunch of cunts the crowd are. The players simply don't deserve any support, they've had it and it hasn't improved their performances at all so why should people come along, spend a significant part of their pay cheque, be served up something that quite frankly doesn't resemble Premier League football and then be told by the club captain (and the club itself) to get behind the team even more. Do something about it, how about you lot play like you actually pick up a wage packet for playing the sport? give the people in the crowd that are spending their fucking money to watch you perform something to get behind, because witnessing our players intentionally getting themselves sent off and generally looking like they'd rather be sitting at home playing fifa, or drinking whatever fucking daft tea this shit haired wank likes to drink, is simply nothing to get behind or cheer.

Great article btw: "Perhaps they were one of the southerners who jumps off the train, shouts, “Why Aye, Spuggy!” at every redhead and then gets headbutted on the Bigg Market before midnight. It’s as good an explanation as any." Sad that more can't take a second to analyse the situation like him and Caulkin, many are quick just to shit out stuff about how we deserve it because Pardew's great and we expect too much without bothering to even watch us play. This includes our very own Lee who currently has his tongue lodged so far up Ashley's arse he's cleaning his adam's apple. -
Aye nowt like being basically called shit fans by a bloke who has been shite for almost two years and has actively tried to moan his way out of a contract while captain of the club. Cue him fucking up against West Brom, getting his tighty whiteys in a twist and kicking Berahino up the backside resulting in him getting sent off and thus playing his last game of the season.
-
Aye he was there but we had a far better coaching staff as a whole, and of course Sir Bob himself. I remember us playing Chelsea and Bramble having Drogba in his back pocket all game, Drogba couldn't do anything for him but late on Chelsea humped up a long ball Titus lost the flight and completely misjudged it resulting in a Drogba goal. Think it was always a concentration issue with him, he had all the physical traits and ability (some of his long balls were canny) but then he'd switch off and cost us a goal.
-
Aye, you think they couldn't have been as bad as they actually looked to us at the time going off what they were able to achieve. I know the attack carried them a lot but still, they put the current lot to shame tbh. Mind to be fair I think coaching probably had a lot to do with it really.
-
Most of them are canny. There must have only been 6 sent in mind going off the last one, what a shit show.
-
Aye he definitely told them where to go, cant blame him as it's pretty clear he's their only option he holds all the fucking cards. He could risk having a relegation against his name after being in charge of only 3 games and have to undergo a monstrous restructuring summer in order to be competitive, or he can say nah try again later sit back and see if we can survive, if we do Charnley will come crawling from Newcastle to get him and if we don't then he can stay at Derby and probably be more competitive than us anyway. It's unreal that this is a bloke that in his own business bullies people to such a point that he's always in a position of strength yet when it comes to his football business we're almost always in the weak position, we deplete positions to such a point and make such large profits that half the football world knows we can afford to spend bigger on their players and we're desperate enough that we might do it. The difference I suppose is that we take the same stance as his other business and go "nah keep him then ya fackin maaaaahg" but rather than having them come crawling back at a lower price they just shrug and sell him to someone else (as Bony was sold to Swansea etc).
-
They're ridiculous tbh, they loaned a load of players out because we had back ups ahead of them so why not but then they went and sold the back ups. Wooops.

Spot on, he's so indecisive it's costing us time and time again. Like you say the plan and direction under Llambias was one most of us didn't like (profitability at the expense of entertainment) but at least it was a clear plan and it was pretty much guaranteeing Premiership football. As much as I dislike the bloke he followed his plan, he got rid of Hughton because he wanted Pardew etc this bloke is just stood shivering looking at the clock hoping it's time for him to go home and Kinnear just fucked off on holiday whenever it actually came time for him to do his job . -

Pretty much aye. The worry about relegation is if they decide to keep Carver as manager if they go down, maybe seeing it as 'his level' (which it's still way above). Always looking for the cheap option and I have a worry they'd do a Hughton if we went down and have him just remain manager with little to no acknowledgement from above, of course unlike Hughton it'd be a complete disaster and he'd have us fighting off another relegation. -
Definately forgot to put in a recall clause this Charnley nob is as shite at his job as Carver is at his. This is incredible. If Ashley would just appoint actual qualified people we would be a good side by now, the prem is full of absolute morons, look at how tragic we have to be to be in the running to finish below Sunderland and co.

Aye they could have appointed an actual football manager when Pardew left instead of just deciding to write half a season off. -
Depressing article as per usual, no idea how you can keep a bloke in charge after he has said that no one is listening to him and now supposedly offering to step down. It's completely ridiculous. Comments like this one: "Eh but I thought it was all Alan Pardew's fault? You know the "Sack Pardew" campaign and all that..." need to die a death as well, I'm not sure how this line of logic that if we wanted Pardew out we deserved to get Carver has come about, then every single fan base that wants their under performing manager out deserves to see their club go and appoint a person who is completely unqualified for the job. Anyway Palace's winning run is over, 3 losses on the bounce and it could easily go till the end of the season. Sick to death of this season, how many times have we felt like this at the end of a season under Ashley? seems like it's every year now.
-
The only planning I'm crediting them with is scrawling '1 - McClaren' and then '2 - ??' on a piece of paper under the title 'possible managers'.
-
Honestly man you couldn't make it up, stung yet again by their first choice and they have absolutely no second option. The planning under this regime has been a complete joke.
-
Think he sees it as somewhat of a silver lining but so far he seems to be more upset about the prospect of relegation than I am.
-
He has this kind of confidence often tbh, rarely does it pay off like this one seems to be.
-
That's the odds my mate hoyed 40 quid on, the fucking prick
-
I reckon McClaren said no so they've sat John down and told him he's staying in charge. I imagine John's head hit the table in frustration before he said "whatava gorra do man Lee?" Before tearing up. His statement about no one listening to him screamed of a bloke wanting the sack.
-
What a load of fucking bollocks, we're down then the daft shites.

This sums it up for me, he cruised through that fight, Pacquiao struggled to land his punches and didn't attempt as many as I thought he would. I thought maybe after winning round 4 Pacman realised how much effort it was going to take to keep that up and actually win the fight, but it could have been a multitude of other reasons as to why he didn't throw more punches. Mayweather done a thoroughly professional job, there wont be a rematch as I don't think Mayweather really wanted this fight in the first place just the money was insane.

Battle of the dodgy 80's haircuts. Carver was probably stood there keeping everyone at bay "let them fight it oot" but no one listened and pulled them apart.
